I asked the older gentleman at the desk about the honda and he adimately denys they have ever worked on this vehicle, argues with me about it. Mind you i have a stack of receits in the glove box from this place, finally he gets the vin number and then says yeah we worked on this vehicle. I was thinking great we are finally getting somewhere. So i asked to make an appointment to get the things fixed on the car and he refuses to let me make an appointment, says they dont do that there, which blew my mind. I said ok let me get an alignment while im here, he says theres not enough time left in the day. It was 2 in the afternoon and they werent busy. I said ok can i make an appointment for tomorrow or wednesday to get the alignment and he replys no we dont do that. So...... obviously they dont need business there. Heard they were a good honda shop but maybe they dont work on Hondas anymore. Not sure how they fix cars if they dont take walkins and they dont take appointments. Thanks for nothing Milton Honda!

I brought my truck in for a tire rotation and it turned out to be far more than that. Ouch. When they got the tires off they found that one of my rear axle seals was bad and had leaked grease into the brake and the bearing got pushed out of places. They brought me back into the bay to show me and it was ugly. Fortunately, thought my life I've had guy friends that have taught me about vehicles which makes it hard for a shop to take advantage of me and they didn't even try. I know enough about what the repair entailed and what it would cost and the price quoted was completely reasonable. When I picked it up Mike gave me the bearing and showed me how it had been burned. I also noticed the brakes were mushy which happens and Mike told me to come back. I did and they fixed me up and sent me safely on my way. I'm taking a loooooong trip in July and it could have gone so horribly wrong so many different ways that I can't even imagine. This is why maintenance is paramount to owning a veicle. I will be a loyal customer and will be spreading the word. I know an honest mechanic! They don't do much diesel work so they recommended a place just down the road and I will be reviewing that shop after my visit there. I'm sure they are every bit as good as Taylor's Tires Plus. Placed a call to Gene's since my former go to fella has passed. Ken, RIP my friend. Let me know a price and time frame of being ready tomorrow. With a need for the car ASAP, or we wouldn't have it, I made arrangements to have it towed over. All I can say is I am amazed, car was ready a few hours later. Price was exactly as quoted and no useless upsell attempts. Let me know brakes were low, and gave me a reasonable price quote. We will definitely be back for any repairs I can't handle.
