Keith Kingan's Classic Cars was a great company. I worked there when this guy purchased his car. He…read morekept informing us over and over that he was in law enforcement. We get it, you are in law enforcement, congratulations. He was rude, disrespectful and a complete ass clown. We even offered to not sell him the car, he refused......He also refused the offer to have the minor issue with his mirror repaired free of charge and then wrote this review. Speaks volumes. Pray you don't get pulled over by this guy. His initials DF are spot on.

Buyer Beware!! Now it's my turn to share what really goes on for them to sell a car…read more Salesman, he was meh, was a typical used car salesman that will say everything you want to hear to sale you a car. Says their cars are the very best auction cars and they buy an insurance policy where they can send the car back if it isn't up to standard. Said that they have many, many repeat customers because of how good the cars are and that they stand behind them. He also said they have a great service department that can fix anything, even a big job like a bad transmission. Cool...but sounds too good to be true and it is - just didn't know it yet. During the test drive of the Lexus I saw that the passenger side mirror didn't change position with the button. Salesman saw it too and said he'd have their service dept look at it. Fair enough. So I decided to buy the car and he took it to service while I went to the bank to get the check. A few hours later I'm there signing the paperwork we get almost done. The "We Owe" paper was next. I asked, oh yeah, what did you find out about the mirror? He said they aren't going to fix it. I said really, that is a safety item and you're going to sell a car with a known safety problem. He said yea, if you don't want the car we can cancel the deal right now. Wow! I almost canceled and walked but decided to buy the car anyway since it is a minor thing to fix. It really is incredible that they would trade a simple, inexpensive mirror fix for a negative review but they made the choice and I'm doing my part to tell you to be leery of doing business with Keith Kingan's Classic Cars. I got home and discovered the trunk won't open. I am utterly surprised at all the lip service but absolutely no action. This is one customer that will never go back to that place.

Had to come back for an unexpected update: Last Friday, my friend traveled in from out of state and…read morehit some kind of wooden crate en route. This caused some damage to her car. Fortunately, a kind Samaritan provided a temporary fix to get her to Mobile, at which time, we planned to visit a shop for further inspection by a professional. Naturally, she was relieved to arrive in Mobile but also worried about her ability to make the drive home and I was concerned, as well. Being that it was going to be 3-4pm before she arrived and that it was also Friday, I was concerned about being able to be seen on a whim, too. I wasn't sure who to call but recently had new tire replacement at Majestic Tire and had a pleasant experience. Thus, I figured I would start there and give them a call. I explained the situation and how my friend would be leaving Sunday evening to go home (this was simply a weekend visit) and asked if they could possibly take a look at her vehicle. Surprisingly, they told me to go ahead and come in as soon as she arrived in Mobile. I was grateful they were going to see us, especially given it was Friday and only a couple hours until close. But would you believe they stayed after about 15 minutes to finish up her car? I am sure after a hardworking and busy week, everyone was eager to go home but they cared enough about us and our situation to stay the extra 15 minutes. I need to mention as well that this wasn't some kind of money making job. What they charged us wasn't much which makes it even more impressive they still cared. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the integrity and compassion of everyone at Majestic Tire. Not only is their pricing competitive, they do quality work and everyone I have interacted with has been so nice. It is a huge relief to know I have a place I can go when inevitable car trouble strikes (or necessary maintenance). Thank you so much!
