Picked up truck and drove 3 miles down the road and the tapping noise was apparent. Drove back to vendor and tech listened to the engine and said that there was a tapping noise, didn't know what is was but don't worry about it. Drove home parked vehicle noted drip from engine and discovered that water pump was leaking. Overpriced and unable to properly diagnosis problems.

They came that morning about 9:30 and didn't leave until that afternoon about 8:30. Worked in the dark for about 3 hours. This company is good for simple jobs but not important things like adequately performing difficult services.

I said ok let me get an alignment while im here, he says theres not enough time left in the day. It was 2 in the afternoon and they werent busy. I said ok can i make an appointment for tomorrow or wednesday to get the alignment and he replys no we dont do that. So...... obviously they dont need business there.
