Disney souvenirs The…read moreitems here were not authentic Disney but they were much cheaper in price than the items in the parks or Disney Springs and they look just as good. Purchased some Disney shirts to wear to the parks and we were happy with our purchases without breaking the bank. They also sold Florida souvenirs here. There were many souvenir shops in Kissimmee and the merchandise were starting to look the same as we meandered from one store to another. Even their local WalMart stores had a few aisles dedicated to everything Disney! The store is huge and well stocked. The employee/owner was helpful and friendly. The clothing were nicely hung in their hangers or folded on display shelves and merchandise looked neatly stacked and placed in racks inside the store. They have every souvenir you can think of... mugs, hats, ponchos (for those random Florida thunderstorms), candy, sunglasses, keychains, snow globes, lots of knick knacks, etc. It was fun looking around but we just stuck to the shirts as we already had enough "stuff" at home and didn't need to add to the clutter. Given its proximity to Disneyworld, the Wizard Gift Shop sells many Disney shirts, backpacks, hoodies, pins, magnets and other souvenirs at half the price of the Disney stores! As I was visiting Orlando during NYE, I was able to find affordable and equally stylish shirts with " Disneyworld 2025". They also often have discounts, such as buy two shirts for $25 or $28, and have new arrivals at least monthly! Will definitely be back next time I'm going to Disneyworld!

I am a huge fan of Disney in general and wanted to come here specifically to get some ears. I thought about Cinderella or Tiana but the employee I asked said they were both out of stock right now. I ended up getting Fragment inspired ears instead because I thought they were cute, though I did almost end up with a pair of Nightmare Before Christmas inspired ears. While I normally wouldn't spend almost $40 on an item I can't see myself wearing a lot, this was a rare exception that I'm glad I made. The employees were super helpful and things were well organized, even with a huge crowd of people. If I ended up back near this store again and am interested in ears, I feel like I'd have no choice but to come back simply based on how expensive the selection is.

The cast are certainly as friendly as you expect, for the most part. However, you can tell there are some staff here that are exhausted and frazzled. Visited this Gift Shop (listed as Celebration Gift Shop online), as it was around the corner from…read moreour AirBnB, and it said $5.99 Disney Tees. Upon arrival, there was plenty of parking. We got out, and approached the door. I saw a man on the stairs staring at us when we walked in. He, and the other employees would appear right where we were looking and pretend to straighten the already organized store. I didn't see $5.99 shirts anywhere, but picked up a Disney Shirt that was $14.99 we were going to buy. After feeling uncomfortable and followed, we decided to put it back and leave to go elsewhere and shop. Glad we did! We visited the Celebration Gift Shop down the street at 6111 and found the same shirt for $12.99 and the employees were much friendlier and didn't follow us. Mind you, we showed up in 2 Mercedes. If you want to feel respected as a customer, don't go here!
