Once Upon a Toy does accept Annual Passholder discounts and the Disney Visa Card Member Perks. This store is one of the best toy stores in Disney Springs! I am a huge fan of Disney in general and wanted to come here specifically to get some ears. I thought about Cinderella or Tiana but the employee I asked said they were both out of stock right now. I ended up getting Fragment inspired ears instead because I thought they were cute, though I did almost end up with a pair of Nightmare Before Christmas inspired ears. While I normally wouldn't spend almost $40 on an item I can't see myself wearing a lot, this was a rare exception that I'm glad I made. The employees were super helpful and things were well organized, even with a huge crowd of people. If I ended up back near this store again and am interested in ears, I feel like I'd have no choice but to come back simply based on how expensive the selection is.

For a store this size I usually expect to see more items and rare items, but on most occasions I see the same thing I would see in a Target or Walmart so unless you're looking for something VERY specific and looked already, don't expect much different. The only thing this place has different is the "make your own mini-fig" area. I wanted to purchase a huge mirror from the back of the store. So I asked the lady who works in the fitting room if she could call someone to assist me. She barely spoke English and said no, ask someone in the front. Ok... So I walk to the front of the store and ask the lady who works by the door..."hi, is there any way you could call someone to assist me with picking up a mirror in the back?" She said "no, look at how busy we are. Not right now." I then said, ok, is there a cart or something that I can put the mirror on and roll it here because it's heavy?" She said "we don't have carts, just use a regular shopping cart" Which wasn't much help because the ones that were available were the very small ones that don't fit anything in. I have just never heard of a store not being able to assist with something. God forbid I would've picked up the mirror by myself , shattered it everywhere and someone got hurt...they would have had a lawsuit on their hands. Any other location would've helped me roll it on a cart and kept it in the front for me until I checked out, so I didn't have to go through the extremely long line with it in my hands.
