Thank god for YouTube videos I fixed it myself for $7 by buying a simple bushing yet they couldn't throw that little piece in while they had it all apart already? This place is a complete rip off and want you to buy unnecessary parts to fix the issue? I'm also a girl and could figure this out thanks but no thanks for trying to screw me out of my money I want my $70 back!!!!

After I paid for the services I went out and started my car. While in park, my car felt like it was going to die. Then when I was driving at a slow speed and then accelerated it would slightly shake. When I was driving at a normal speed my car seemed fine. I ended up bringing my car to my regular mechanic because there was fluid on my garage floor the day after my oil change, I could smell something burning and my car still felt like it was going to die at a slow speed/in park. My mechanic then notified me that there was a total of 10 quarts of oil that was added at my recent oil change on Monday. I was also informed that having this much oil could have caused my engine to blow and seize the entire engine.

The car is only 42k, with just 200hp. It's not some exotic sports car, it's a fast selling hybrid. Maybe I would have bought it but there's no way in hell I'll ever "buy first drive later". I can't recommend enough just how unpleasant that is for me. I can't even imagine how they're supposed to make a sale without a test drive.
