She proceeded to argue with me that she had already done that toe. It could have been a language barrier, but I was so frustrated and just said ok. When I was paying and the lady asked me how was everything, I let her know about the situation. She assured me that would not happen again and that she would talk to the tech. I decided to give them a second chance and the experience was great!! Anyone can have an off day and I'm glad I gave "Miracle Nails" a second visit!

Today I received the worst service I ever received from any salon ever. I told the tech to put…read morepolish on my feet. She put gel. Then she got an attitude because she was unable to do my nails as I asked. After all that the Manager tried to charge me for for what I didn't ask for. She actually told me to sit back down so they could remove the gel polish. Of course I said, NO. I paid for the nails that was done by Lani (2nd tech. very professional & kind) and the basic pedicure I asked for. The Manager told me not to come back. I won't, neither will my 3 daughters, 2 sisters, 4 nieces, granddaughter, and my neighbor who's reading this review right now. I intend to tell all my family members, co workers, church members, friends, and the rest of my neighbors of the treatment I received today.
