I wanted to get my lashes done for the Made in America festival so I called Katina literally at 10AM that day, and she was able to get me in at 1PM. PERFECT!!! When I calmly pointed this out, the nail tech became defensive and rude, which honestly caught me off guard. I asked for the manager, and he didn't offer to fix anything -- no redo, no correction, no accountability. I still paid and left, but I had to go to another salon the same day to fix my nails. Paying twice to undo someone else's rushed work is not okay. If you care about nail health, not being rushed or talked down to, and actually getting the service you pay for, I'd proceed with caution. Being a regular didn't matter here, and that's the most disappointing part.

I went to La Biotique at Prince George's mall on 02/23/19 between 3pm-4:30pm. First, there was a long line then my turn comes and the lady starts threading my brows not only does she take a little too long she is rather too harsh (I have threaded my eye brows a few times in the past and once at this location so I have an idea of the discomfort level). She threads them the first time and then goes over them a second time, at this point my brows are starting to get sensitive. She stops for a few seconds and I assume that she was done as I try to sit up from the chair she pushes me back to the reclining position this happened like three times. To makes matters worst my brows turned out looking awful. I politely asked to pluck some hairs that were hanging she refused giving me a bunch of excuses. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Except you want to get you brows ruined and experience poor customer service.
