The stylist/cosmetologist was super sweet and very accommodating, she was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to handle my difficult, super thick hair (something I've always struggled with - I've had some AWFUL haircuts because of it!). She did a fantastic job and really took her time with me, I haven't felt that relaxed in a while. She discussed color options with me since my roots are pretty visible and had a bunch of great ideas.
