It is owned by a local woman entrepreneur. The garden center building is compact and filled with practical functional items and fun decorative items (perfect gift items). Some of the items are heirloom and organic flower & vegetable seeds, seed potatoes, plant food, gardening tools, houseplants, pots/planters, garden art, and wind chimes... just to name a few. Outside is the nursery with native flowers and plants, fruit trees, and vegetable plants. The outdoor area is compact. The plants are labeled to indicate if they are deer resistant which is important in these parts. Deer is abundant in these parts, and they have an appetite. The nursery inventory is thoughtfully laid out. Towards the back of the outside nursery is where the yoga studio is located. In addition to the yoga studio, there is a concrete patio with a view of the nursery below . That is where the outdoor yoga classes are held. They offer instruction in various types of yoga. The class schedule and pricing is posted on their website. Take a peek, pricing averages $15 a class and 10 class purchase is $120. The owner recently opened a cafe on the property. Nourish Cafe serves up cold pressed juices, fresh fruit smoothies, artisanal coffee, nourishing soups, and vibrant salads. Finding parking can be challenging. There is about 12 dedicated parking spaces in front on Green Valley Road. However, this place is popular. I was taken to a waiting area and then back to the room which was very tiny. The masseuse didn't introduce himself as the one doing my massage he just said follow me so I did. No instructions once we got to the room. I had to ask. He did ask me the pressure I prefer and I said moderately firm as I did book a deep tissue massage. So he begins my massage and it was awful for a full 60 mins of torture. It was not a massage at ALL. The pressure he was applying I thought he was going to break the table!! The whole table was shaking and it seemed like he whole point was like you asked for deep tissue, that's what you'll get. Nothing about it felt like a massage where you actually get your back rubbed it's was all pressure points, him using his elbows in my back. I should have stopped him but I thought maybe just maybe he will ease up on the areas where I didn't ask him to focus, I was wrong. I sucked it up and ran out of there. Never again will I book a massage here.

The judgment I felt from many individuals in this community was too much for me to bear the last time I went in there I thought well this is it. I can't take this kind of judgment, so I just went in to be playful and I was thrown out by a teacher who looked very angry just because I was saying goodbye to this community. Did it hurt Yes I wouldn't recommend this community to anyone at this point.

The pools are nice as well, although during the winter the lap pool is the only heated pool, so it can sometimes be difficult to swim unless you're able to secure a lane. I called to cancel which they did but as for a refund they sent a check to my Dead Husband that my bank said I cannot cash. This is ridiculous. I asked if they needed a death certificate or my marriage certificate they said no. They said they could only send check in his name because he was the primary on the account even though im on it too. I am disputing charge with my bank. This is horrible business practices. I would choose a different gym. I will be looking into a lawyer if this doesn't get resolved.
