Upon reaching out, Chef Tonya quickly responded with her full menu offerings and suggested popular items, as well as what she thought would pair well with our "wine night" theme. On the day of the event, we were in awe of how delicious everything was. She's incredibly intuitive and knows exactly when to take initiative too, which we appreciated the most. We didn't need to direct her on where anything was--she simply found what she needed without interrupting the flow of the evening. At the end, she thoughtfully packaged all the leftovers using our Tupperware and Ziploc bags, making it easy to store or send food home with guests. He created a gorgeous and creative charcuterie board, which included everything she asked for and more.
