Chef Matty provided meals for our three day company retreat, and not only did he come through with some really good cuisine throughout (don't miss out on his Mediterranean!), he delighted with some really nice surprises along the way (no spoilers here). He also made sure he took good care of the one vegetarian in our crew, as well as being very attentive to some food allergies we had in our group. His pricing was fair, and he was super prompt and flexible. Our comms were a bit hit or miss as we dialed in details a couple months before the event - but once we got to within a week or so, and certainly as we were going through the event, his comms were on point. He provided a bartender on our first night, and that was probably the only place there was room for improvement, as the bartender wasn't very personable, and left without saying goodbye or cleaning up after himself. Chief Matty did an incredible job making my birthday an outstanding culinary delight. We opted for a full brunch spread and a few sushi trays to get us through the day and he killed it! The brunch was great and if you have any vegetarians in your group he makes wonderful options for brunch and some great vegetarian sushi rolls. Our issue came from his team's inability to accomodate food allergies, despite having spent the weeks prior communicating our guests' needs. My pregnant friend was fed unpasteurized cheese. My vegetarian friends were served meat. My friend with a tomato allergy was (frequently) served tomatoes. Crafted Kravings is probably great for groups who can eat anything. But for those with allergies and dietary restrictions... I cannot recommend hiring them. read more
