Stephen and The Wrap Room worked on my Tesla Model 3. They did a full front end paint protection film install (clear bra), full chrome delete, ceramic window tinting ...all windows including front window and a center console wrapped in carbon fiber. I was very impressed.....plus the price was good too. He/they did such a great job so I brought in my other Tesla M3 and had him do the same thing except it did not need tinting. They did the work on both of these cars in October 2020. I have to mention something that Stephen did that was super cool and I really appreciate it. One of my Teslas needed the side camera replaced (not because of Stephen) ....it was a malfunction because of some wiring issues. Tesla mobile service came to fix it and ended up replacing it. The new replacement camera was not chrome deleted and I needed to get that done again....I was bummed because I just had it done couple weeks ago. I called Stephen and he said bring it in. He finished up and let me know the car was ready for pick up.....he said, "no charge". I was impressed that he was aware enough to take care of a good customer and not nickel and dime me. Sent out a request on Yelp for bids to powder coat my wheels. Steve from The Wrap Room was the first to offer a bid and was competitive on price. Requested the bid on Sunday evening. Spoke to Steve on Monday, dropped my car off on Wed and Steve had it ready by Friday at lunch. The wheels turned out better than I expected and Steve also tinted the front two windows and the windshield in Lumar CTX Ceramic. Steve and the guys at The Wrap room did an amazing job with the work on my Panamera. Communication between he and I was done mostly by text, which was my choice, and met all my expectations. The work they did was clean and professional. I went in for a tint job but while he had my car we talked about some other things I was thinking about doing to the car. He ended up powder coating my 20" Porsche wheels, painting my break calipers, and ceramic coating them. The before and after pics are very impressive, and he made my car look exactly the way I wanted. He threw in some small extras that we didn't discuss and I'm thrilled he did, because they were absolutely needed and he has a great eye. Just took delivery on Tesla Model 3. Had Suntek clear bra applied to the front end, ceramic window tint and carbon fiber wrapped the interior. Perfect job in application. He stayed in communication with me the entire time and no hidden costs. Could not be happier with finished product. Tesla messed up delivery two other times so I had to push back my appointment dates both times and never once did he complain. I had several price quotes and he was right in line with the industry but his craftsmanship gives him more value. When I went to take delivery Tesla misquoted me the final amount. Tesla doesn't take cash or credit card at delivery and with Tesla bank closing at the same time the detailer was, and not wanting to drive the Tesla without PPF, I called the detailer. He drove to Tesla and wrote a check from his account to cover the cost and than brought the Tesla to his shop. Then I had a clear bra put on the front half on my Tesla. I was only going to have the clear bra put on the nose, but, the more we discussed it and the more I thought about it, it made sense.
