Black owned business!!! This place was great!! When you walk in, the location is super clean and tidy and tasty food aroma in the air. As you walk up to the counter the cashier is soooo friendly which was refreshing. I ordered a crispy buffalo chicken wrap which was delicious! Nicely seasoned and so filling! They food is just ok and their customers service is horrible. Apparently they don't take call in order because I have been hung up on at least twice of two different day trying to place a call in order. The worker are rude. The walk in wait times are ridiculously long and they always find a way to mess up the order. I won't be back! read more

I went to this restaurant and ordered a Philly chicken wrap. My friend ordered the hoagy. We both thoroughly enjoyed our food. I was impressed with the service and the cleanliness of the place. There are chairs and tables (albeit small) for inside dining. Also, I arrived just before 1:00pm and there was a rush of students and professionals who followed shortly after. The customers seemed friendly and even suggested I try there cookies. Really good I was told! As for the wrap, it was warm and I was surprised. It came with a bag of chips, surprised again! I was greeted twice by the time I walked up to the register and thanked when I left. The venue is super cute and clean! I brought the ranch chicken wrap which was filled with good chicken and fresh lettuce and tomatoes. It was a really good wrap. Also, the strawberry shake is a good buy. I absolutely love this place! The food is amazing! My favorite is the buffalo chicken wrap the wrap will literally melt into your mouth. It's so unique because it's not TOO spicy but just spicy enough to taste the kick. I've also had their Oreo milkshake which is good as well but those cookies will melt in your mouth with ever chew. Sometimes they do take a while for prepare food 10-15min, especially if it really crowded. Best time would prolly be around 11-12. I've tried calling in multiple times to ace an order but I never get an answer so I assume they don't take call-ins which kinda sucks. They are black owned so that is always a plus! This restaurant is a gem among the Chatham area. I hope black people don't get mad, but Wrap Bar could and should be charging more $$$$ for their menu items.
