I've been coming here since day one, and they've always had the best egg rolls--hands down. Unfortunately, today's experience was very disappointing. I waited over 30 minutes for my order. When I asked how much longer it would be, I was first told they didn't know, and then told they were still wrapping more, even though five egg rolls were supposedly ready. At that point, I decided to request a refund, which was met with some hesitation before I believe a manager finally processed it. What really stood out was the staff's attitude--very nonchalant and lacking urgency. There seemed to be poor communication between the kitchen and the front staff, and overall it felt like no one really cared. I ended up having to go back to work without lunch. Very unprofessional staff. I usually order online and pick up once my food is ready, but they closed online ordering and I went and waited for my food. I was told 10-15 mins. I came back in 20 and asked how long for my order.. I was told "I don't know, he has 6 wraps in front of him" I stepped back and waited.. My colleagues and I ordered lunch from here today. One of my coworker's and I ordered the Philly chicken spinach wrap. The wrap comes with onions, green peppers, mushrooms, cheese and mayo. We both had it without the mushrooms. The wrap is fresh, stuffed with chicken, and delicious. Another coworker ordered the supreme hoagie, and she loved it. Another coworker ordered the crispy chicken wrap, and she enjoyed that as well. The wraps came with chips, and we all ordered a side of fries. Fries were good. We also ordered a bag of the chocolate chip and walnut cookies. The cookies are soft and delicious. I wish I took a picture of their wraps and cookies, but we were hungry. I live in the area and have been curious about this establishment since it opened. Service was average at best, and the food underwhelming. I ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap; I was exceedingly disappointed! My experience mirrored that of other reviewers in that the chicken was overcooked and dry with no dressing discernible. I got the Salmon Salad for my wife. She threw hers in the garbage after eating less than a quarter of it. The salmon was uncooked (not rare) in the middle of the salmon fillet and dry on the thinner ends. As much as I'd love to support this establishment, I can't. read more

I decided to try this place because I wanted something healthy and didn't feel like cooking. I ordered a salmon salad no onion, and salmon wrap with no onion. Needless to say I got through the first half of my wrap and an onion fell out. I am allergic so that is why I don't get them and I'm specific when I order out.
