While waiting for food I just disliked the tone the staff used with the customers... the cashier is short and dry in her energy! Good luck with the slim light skinned girl in the back.. she is snappy. I hear the food is good but even after I eat it I probably won't come back because.. I've been coming here since day one, and they've always had the best egg rolls--hands down. Unfortunately, today's experience was very disappointing. I waited over 30 minutes for my order. When I asked how much longer it would be, I was first told they didn't know, and then told they were still wrapping more, even though five egg rolls were supposedly ready. At that point, I decided to request a refund, which was met with some hesitation before I believe a manager finally processed it. What really stood out was the staff's attitude--very nonchalant and lacking urgency. There seemed to be poor communication between the kitchen and the front staff, and overall it felt like no one really cared. I ended up having to go back to work without lunch. Very unprofessional staff. I usually order online and pick up once my food is ready, but they closed online ordering and I went and waited for my food. I was told 10-15 mins. I came back in 20 and asked how long for my order.. I was told "I don't know, he has 6 wraps in front of him" I stepped back and waited.. I heard the manager say "They need to be patient" with an attitude.. and to me as a restaurant manager that is unprofessional and rude to your staff to set an example of unprofessional service. The salmon wrap was very delicious, the salmon was warm, which I did not expect but very much enjoyed. Good size, I would call it medium. Green goddess juice was also very good. My colleagues and I ordered lunch from here today. One of my coworker's and I ordered the Philly chicken spinach wrap. The wrap comes with onions, green peppers, mushrooms, cheese and mayo. We both had it without the mushrooms. The wrap is fresh, stuffed with chicken, and delicious. Another coworker ordered the supreme hoagie, and she loved it. Another coworker ordered the crispy chicken wrap, and she enjoyed that as well. The wraps came with chips, and we all ordered a side of fries. Fries were good. We also ordered a bag of the chocolate chip and walnut cookies. The cookies are soft and delicious. I wish I took a picture of their wraps and cookies, but we were hungry. This place is definitely a keeper and if you are in the neighborhood, I recommend that you give them a try. read more

Full disclosure, I tried this place to review in hopes of supporting a healthy lifestyle option in the community and secure a salad recognition. I live in the area and have been curious about this establishment since it opened. Service was average at best, and the food underwhelming. I ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap; I was exceedingly disappointed! My experience mirrored that of other reviewers in that the chicken was overcooked and dry with no dressing discernible. I got the Salmon Salad for my wife. She threw hers in the garbage after eating less than a quarter of it. The salmon was uncooked (not rare) in the middle of the salmon fillet and dry on the thinner ends. As much as I'd love to support this establishment, I can't. read more

I decided to try this place because I wanted something healthy and didn't feel like cooking. I ordered a salmon salad no onion, and salmon wrap with no onion. Needless to say I got through the first half of my wrap and an onion fell out. I am allergic so that is why I don't get them and I'm specific when I order out. I also had to wait 30 mins because apparently my salmon for my salad wasn't done enough but no one said anything. Everyone that came in after me ordering Salmon got their orders and left so I was confused as to why I was still waiting. No apology or nothing was given. I ordered a crispy chicken caesar wrap and some mozzarella sticks! The wrap came with a bag of chips and the mozzarella sticks came with fries. The food was delicious and well prepared. I don't have any complaints. The menu has a lot of options so you can't go wrong! My friend tried the salmon wrap and was in love with it. She said it was very well seasoned! Walked in this place thinking it was a hoagie joint. Didn't realize it has been changed to 'The Wrap Bar'. The girl at the register rudely told us that it wasn't the Steak Hoagy place anymore. We were hungry, so we decided to stay and eat anyway. The girl at the register was very short with us and impatient. The food here is ok, the wraps weren't bad. We were just thrown off by the service at the counter. Eventually another girl came over to the register, she was much nicer.
