The owner was quick to take our money but then had horrible communication and did not care that we waited over 6 weeks for no progress of our order and we cancelled. Owners should take full responsibility of orders and respond instead of giving excuses. Do not recommend. read more

Finally decided to put blinds up in our basement. I took to Yelp for recommendations and reached out to 3 different companies. Wei Wei Drapery was the first to respond, first to quote and also followed up to see what I thought of quote and if I had questions. This company blew me away with their communications. It didn't matter if I emailed at night or on a weekend, they responded with in minutes! Their installer was so friendly, respectful, and quick with install. From beginning to end this company delivered. I felt like the only customer, based off their dedicated customer service. I truly believe one could not experience more stellar service than what Wei Wei delivers! Thank you Wei Wei. When we need more window coverings, you will be the first we turn to. read more

The Woven Window - Shades & Blinds Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Got our blinds from Wei Wei Drapery and couldn't be happier. Maya was very professional and David did a great job installing them. Some of the blinds were bent from factory but they place an order to get them replaced right away. The pricing was just right and the quality was top notch. read more

The Woven Window - Living room blinds - Shades & Blinds Near Me - Denver, Colorado

I messaged Wei Wei via Yelp Sunday, January 3rd and we had custom blinds installed on Friday the 8th. 5 DAYS! Now that is excellent customer service! The string broke on the blinds in our living room and we had no privacy (and also on another window downstairs). They understood our discomfort and made sure we had new blinds quickly. VERY THOUGHTFUL. Two lovely designers came over with samples on the 5th and measured the windows. I thought I wanted faux wood, but actually preferred the roller blinds after looking through all the samples and taking recommendations from the designers. We honestly couldn't be happier with Wei Wei and with the blinds. I highly recommend this company and will definitely hire them again for all of our window covering needs. read more

We LOVE the black out blinds WeiWei installed for us! Thank you for coming up with creative solutions (within our budget) to block out the bright LED lights, shining ALL night long along the street in front of our unit. Wei Wei came out multiple times to help us pick out just the right type of blind, colors and to get just the right fit for our patio door and ceiling height bay windows. With the help of WeiWei and the push of a button, we can enjoy the darkness once again! read more

We loved the blinds and curtains we got from Wei Wei's drapery. The quality is amazing. We got cordless top-down-bottom-up drapes that are so easy to use--none of that pulling strings stuff--and looks so professional. We will be using Wei Wei when we get the rest of the house finished. Thank you so much for an amazing experience! read more

I have ordered my cornices and drapes from Wei Wei. I've been really pleased with the designer, Sonja. Professional, helpful and came to my home to measure and take some pictures. They were the only drapery company that wanted to do the bid after this appointment. Another one sent me a rough estimate without knowing exactly what I want and to get the measurements. I really appreciate Sonja's expertise. read more

I commissioned Wei Wei to provide a drapery for my patio door. The drapery fabric selection is great as is the hardware. The draperies look great. My one comment is the liner is not hemmed at the bottom to the drapery fabric which allows air to travel up the drapery between the drapery fabric and the liner. The result is the air flow up the drapery degrades the crispness of the pleats. That's why I knocked off a star. read more

I got quotes from several different window covering companies and not only were the waits really long with some of them but the prices were all so much higher with some of them. Normally that wouldn't necessarily mean that I would go with the cheapest, but in this case they also had what I thought to be the best selection. We were able to pick exactly what we wanted and we felt really good about what we ordered. I could not say that with the competitors. We are thrilled with how everything turned out, and we ended up going back to them for our basement once that renovation was finished. Highly recommend. read more

My house was built with all of the windows installed sideways, so you can't buy pre-made window coverings anywhere. Over thirty years ago we bought custom-made curtains, but now we are seniors and can't afford that. My bedroom window curtain rod finally broke so I threw it away along with the old, worn curtain. For a while we lived in a fish bowl, exposed to all of the neighbors. When that got old, we folded a sheet and used black Gorilla Tape to keep it on the wall. I called several shop-at-home, supposedly budget-blind companies that quoted me prices over $1500.00 for curtains for ONE window. They said, with a note of sympathy, that their customers are mostly corporations. The sheet fell off the wall and it seemed like we were destined to just keep taping it back up. Then I came across Wei Wei Drapery online and thought I'd give them a try. Peter answered and said that they serve the whole community, not just corporations. A representative came out, I picked out a shade and shortly thereafter they installed it. The shade was pretty but not very room-darkening, as I needed. Knowing that we weren't a big money-making job for them, I still ventured to call Peter back. Peter said they wanted me to be happy and they stood behind their work. They took back the first shade and gave me a wider, longer, thicker shade and mounted it higher up on the wall. This is a rare honest company. My daughter, who works in the service industry said, "Wow! That's good service!" The first night it was installed I slept like a baby till...shh...noon. We will replace the other old window coverings as we can. I unequivocally, highly recommend Wei Wei Drapery for all of your window covering needs. read more
