Our bathroom remodel was supposed to take one week but due to many unforeseen issues, Pat, Joe, and Joey worked hard for three weeks to finish the job right, never losing their attention to detail. I had Level Up enclose my screened in porch in January 2024. It looked very nice. Then it rained…read moreand one window leaked. I called Patrick and he came out and looked at it - caulked the window a little, redid the inside frame and said it was all taken care of. Several months later, I was having lots of bugs in the porch and mice getting in my house. I called Patrick again and he told me "to hire a handyman to come and do some caulking". Again a couple months later, we have a big rain storm and the window is leaking again. Now I am putting sticky pads out there to see where these bugs and mice are coming from. I had to call multiple times with no call backs and sent multiple texts but finally Patrick called and came again - I showed him the sticky pads and he caulked the inside of the porch, caulked the window on the outside and wanted to leave it for a couple months to make sure there were no leaks. So here we are today, I called Patrick twice to see when he could come back and redo the window. Well again there is no call back. I had a contractor come look at the windows. Well, he was not surprised that the window was leaking - there is no caulking on the windows and no caulking on the new siding and now there are gaps in the siding. When I had the porch done, I also asked him to install a motion light off my garage in the front. Three months after that was installed, it quit working. When he came to see the porch I pointed out the light. He told me to get a new light and he would install it when he came back to do the window. I got the light but Patrick never showed up. So, I had to pay someone else to install the light - which I already paid Patrick for and now I have to hire someone to finish the windows in the porch the correct way.

I reminded you that you said, "2 to 3 days (April 14) but it wasn't until April 24 that I got a concrete answer that you will not be doing the job. My contention isn't that you can't do the job, but that I wasn't given the courtesy to tell me that you weren't interested in providing the estimate nor would be able to do the job. If I hadn't called or inquired, I would never have gotten an answer at all. How could I give you a higher rating? You only came to look at the project. I can't grade you on quality, service or promptness because I have no reference point to go by. My review isn't harsh but simply stated as it happened. He did the demolition needed to allow the machines to remove the moisture. He spent time explaining exactly what to expect. The restoration team answered all of my questions and helped me understand the scope and order of the work involved. The bathroom required new flooring and paint. Jenkins worked my choices and let me know of any potential charges- which allowed me to avoid them. Once I had decided on flooring and paint color they handled ordering the material and having it available for the work crews. Communication was excellent through the entire experience. Having a company serve as a project manager and benefiting from their experience with proven subcontractors removed the burden and stress of dealing with a home disaster. All of the crews were professional. All of the crews were proactive in avoiding soiling or damaging surrounding areas. All of the crews were detailed in their work and cleanup.
