AVOID!! Way overpriced! Please read my story below…read more I originally contacted WCM to get an estimate on replacing light switches. The initial automated questionnaire asks "How many?" and the the pre-filled answers give out a range of numbers; I selected 4-10 because I needed to get 4 switches replaced. William then responds with a quote of 400$! I replied with that's more that what I doctor makes hourly. I then decided to leave it at that and go with someone else. His response is asking if I needed 10 light switches replaced. This is something a business should ask FIRST before giving out a quote. I again decided to ignore it because I was already found a reasonable electrician. I come back 3 months later only to see him respond to my review with a question of " Why not do it yourself?" What?! What kind of sound business asks that question of their customer? Its incredibly condescending and doesn't take into consideration that I could've been a Handicapped/ impaired person unable to physically do the work (I'm not disabled in any way). I hardy ever use Yelp and I certainly don't come on here to solely criticize business's like William suggests. This is a business people genuinely Need to AVOID to prevent getting scammed.

Someone from the company responded saying they could help and would be in contact with me. Some time goes by and I reach out asking if they tried to contact me. Crickets... Maybe they decided shortly after the initial contact that they no longer want to help. Or they just simply forgot. Regardless, I don't like being told one thing and then something else happens. Thankfully, I found (most likely) a more capable electrician who was lock step in communication with me from start to finish and did a tremendous job completing everything I wanted done. I advise everyone to be cautious considering this company for your electrical needs.

Special thank you to Allie for being so on top of things. Her approach to customer service is unlike anything I have ever seen. I was initially reluctant to go with this company because of the initial service fee, but it was so worth it! Their price was 1/4 of what I'd paid with two other companies and the work was 1000% better. I'm not exaggerating. I'm a disabled veteran who has medical devices with short cords . I had OAE install three GFI plugs for me in really tricky places and the outcome was shocking in the best kind of way. Really professional and clean work that I had not seen before. Above and beyond, and mind you, not an easy task to cut everything out of my walls/cabinets with perfection and like it was meant to be there when the house was being built in the first place. No damage to the paint or anything. Chris even took extra time and effort to properly protect the cords and components at no extra costs. It looks so astoundingly good and clean! Chris, my technician, was putting in a crazy amount of work. Since OAE was so affordable, I offered him a little bit of cash that he refused to take. She initially said that she doubts that it is a wiring problem, without even knowing what the issue could be. Turns out that there was an issue with how the outlet was wired, then when confronted that this is the case she back peddles to say, these things happen. Not the best with customer service Pam.
