Safelite has a shiny new location in Riverdale and I decided to give them try. The in-store experience was great and they did a fantastic job installing my windshield and in a very reasonable amount of time. The one hiccup was the website and how they run promotions. Apparently you can save money if you book your appointment on line ( a considerable amount) but that process was not easy. They don't ask the right questions about your vehicle and you end up having to talk with the store anyway. So, to save money, I had to go to the store, then try to book online, then talk to the store when the wrong windshield got sent in anyway. Oh, and it somehow set me up with three separate appointments. I guess my one suggestion would be to either make your app more seamless or just give the discount when someone shows up at your store.

Surprised me with a discount (because I had informed him on the phone that I had removed window and seal the night before) and happily gave me pointers on how the process was done. He finished in 30 min or so, and after paying him, I went to shut the hatch. It didnt lock, as it should, and Rhett didnt proceed to leave, he turned around and helped me figure out the issue. (Which was not his fault or responsibility to fix) We disassembled the latch motor and through process of elimination came to a resolution that repaired the part professionally and without damaging any of the delicate parts of the mechanism. I truly wish more people in the world had ethic and initiative like Rhett does. I hope his upper management knows and appreciates the solid character that represents their establishment. I called to ask for advice, and the team were super helpful and talked me through exactly what I needed to do in order to try and get things working - even though at that stage I wasn't a customer as my system was installed years ago in another state. Once I managed to get the vehicle drivable I went straight to their location, and they took the time to put the vehicle in valet mode for me and talked me through the possible error causes. In the end the fob was the culprit, and they ordered me a new one and paired it for me for no extra charge when it arrived.
