They refused to complete the windows that did pass inspection until the new window arrived over a month later. The power cord from my outdoor water filter, which ran through the exterior wall to an interior plug, disappeared. The hole in the wall was plugged, leading me to believe it was deliberately covered up. It was an additional expense to have it replaced. I just had my house power-washed, and the dirt that is embedded in the caulking around most of the windows did not come off. Now, I am confronted with that expense. I wish I had never dealt with beeline.

Darlene informed me that they do offer repair services for PGT windows, but her husband was going in for surgery and would be out for 6 weeks. I explained to her I was in no hurry as it is a double paned slider and only the "outer glass" was broken. She replied hold on and let me ask if we can come out and take a look at it. When she asked for the address, I told her Winter Garden, which is 17 miles from Casselberry. "Oh no, you're not in our service area, so we can't help you! I suggest a name change as the term "All Area" does not seem to apply in the Orlando suburban cities.
