When my truck was nearly ready to go they advised I change my lug bolts out due to swelling. I denied and they offered to lower the price. I'm a cheap sob and said I'd buy em somewhere else and do it myself lol They took it upon themselves to change em regardless, free of charge!!! Wow! Now that's service! The manager Chris said they couldn't let me drive off like that as it's a safety concern. This place cares. If you need service let them be your first choice!

Went to Andy's because he was the highest rated tire shop near me. He was busy with 3 cars when I came, but he still took a moment to greet me and when his hands were free, he came over to find out what I needed. He offered me the tires he had in stock that fit my car. He wasn't able to source used OEM wheels for my car, but he told me if I needed the exact tires for me car, I could get my wheels and tires and bring them there, and he would install them. He even shared where I can get them for a good deal. So a few days later, I returned with new wheels and new tires. Of course Andy was busy with two cars, but he got to me fairly quickly. Long story short, Andy masterfully installed my new wheels and tires and even prepared my old wheels and the barely salvageable 2 tires for me to take home (I might try to sell some and maybe keep some as backups). All with care, friendly service and excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Andy's Tires and Wheels. Truly a great guy.

I honestly wasn't sure what to do, so I came here for help. They were very helpful and fixed the issue by replacing the valve completely free of charge. They also took the time to move my spare tire to the back of the vehicle and explained why it's better not to have a spare tire on the front. I've purchased tires from America's Tire multiple times, and it's always been pleasant--but this location, along with Juan and Arturo, was on a completely different level. Their exceptional attitude wasn't just with me; it extended to everyone who came in. It was a very busy day (the day before the holiday), yet they handled the crowd smoothly. Nobody was upset or complaining, which is rare when places get backed up. I also need to give a big thanks to the shop guys--the area was super clean, the workers were professional, and they were efficiently getting customers in and out. Lifetime Alignment Package -- But No One Will Honor It?…read more I purchased a lifetime alignment package from Firestone and recently had a very frustrating experience trying to use it. I first went to the Rowland Heights location where I purchased the package. I was told that because the ownership had changed, they would no longer service me and that I needed to contact the corporate Firestone location in Walnut. I then went to the Walnut location, but they also refused to provide the alignment service, explaining that the Rowland Heights location is independently owned. As a customer, I should not have to be caught in the middle of Firestone's corporate versus franchise ownership structure. I purchased a lifetime alignment package from Firestone, expecting to be able to use the service when my vehicle needed it. The solution offered was to purchase another lifetime alignment package. Why would I do that when I am already having trouble getting the lifetime service I previously paid for? My car is a 2012, and the whole reason I purchased a lifetime package was to use it for the remaining life of my vehicle. After being sent from one location to another and still not receiving the service, I am extremely disappointed with how Firestone handled this situation.

While waiting for AAA to change out the tire with the spare, I scrambled to reschedule my doctor's appointment in Brea, while canceling my meeting in Chino Hills and dinner plans with my daughter in Monterey Park. I was supposed to be everywhere that day but ended up stuck going nowhere. I went on Yelp to find the closest tire shop that had the cheapest tire available same day because I wasn't feeling comfortable going back on the freeway on a spare. I was able to secure a tire for about $145 (tire, fees, and tax) on Tire Choice's website and also made an online appointment to get it replaced within the hour. I was mentally exhausted and just really wanted to head home and worry about searching for deals on better sets of tires later. When I got to Tire Choice, I was quickly greeted by Gina at the front. I told her exactly what I wanted to get done to avoid wasting her time hoping to up sell me better tires, and she got the message that I really just wanted to be able to quickly get back on the road again without pressuring me into changing all four of my tires. Gina was a doll and very pleasant to converse with. She was able to effectively multitask (answering phones, getting quotes for other customers, giving instructions to the mechanics), while we shared stories about our kids (my children and her fur babies). I think I spent 20 minutes max there and my tire was done. I was so happy! My overall experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Diamond Bar was amazing.
