I wish I could give our stay a 5 out of 5 because it's so beautiful but unfortunately we kept running into problems everyday of our stay. For the pros check in was good but after that it seemed like everything seemed to go down hill. Now the Cons: Our first day we were woken up at 7am by the sound of knocking on the door even though we had do not disturb on the door. We were apart of a bridal group so we figured it could be one of our family members but we hadn't told them our room number yet so we were kind of confused. When my husband checked it was housekeeping wondering if we wanted our room cleaned. I have never experienced that when I had do not disturb on the door that housekeeping knocked especially if we hadn't requested anything. This happened every single day of our stay and ruined our sleep in. We reported it to the staff and it still continued. That was the worst to be woken up early everyday while on vacation. Also when we had our room cleaned we didn't get the full restocking of everything so we had to keep calling down to ask for clean towels. None of the ice machines worked on any of the floors and when we asked for ice it took them over an hour and once they arrived they brought us 3 ice buckets that were completely empty. We asked why they brought this and they said we requested ice buckets. We stated we needed ice for the ice bucket which then took another hour for them to bring to our room. The hotel is really nice but there was just way too many snags to make this an enjoyable vacation. Next time we will make other accommodations for our stay.

So let me start by saying this was a quick trip to Denver for a company function. Arrived Saturday late morning, went to the party, then left Sunday early morning. So the only function of this hotel was a good nights sleep on a turn around trip. So the hotel was nice and seemed pretty clean. The view was cool and there was a tv had we wanted to watch. So you would think this place would serve its purpose. Problem was, it was Denver in December, they had the thermostat programmed to only go up to 70 degrees, then to make up for the cold, they piled several layers of sheets and blankets on the bed. It was a weird dynamic because even with all the blankets (smothering BTW) it was still cold when you got up to use the facilities OR in the very early morning to take a quick shower. In addition, they had done this weird thing with the sheets where they were almost sewed together but they were twisted up so bad that my girl and I couldn't even sleep up against each other in an attempt to battle the cold! It was very strange. In addition, the bed seemed to sag and slant towards the head so that was annoying as well. Like I said, it was only for the purpose of a good nights sleep, and even though it was nice, I struggled to get any sleep because of the bed and the bedding situation. Jury is still out on this one

This hotel had a decent sized gym with more equipment the most so that's why I picked this hotel. I was here for 5 nights and everything was good. The only thing I didn't like was there parking situation which was if you didn't park your vehicle by 2-3pm then you're parking by the convention center which made your walk waay longer than it had to be. Other than that, my room was on the 10th floor and I had a nice view. When I come back in December I might stay here again due to the gym but hopefully the parking gets better.

Hotel is pretty decent and depending on which room you get, has a great view. Def enjoyed my time here. There are a few spots that you can walk to in the area. Spanish restaurant on the property leaves a lot to be desired. Probably wouldn't have a full meal there again. Very far from Denver airport. Depending on traffic, it could be up to 45 minutes in an Uber. Rooms are pretty updated. But show a little wear and tear.

No one answers the local phone! How can they BE a 4 star without helping on the phones?? Local residents WANT to speak to a human, NOT a robot AI!! Finally,I got a representative that would not give me his name and complained that I was even calling about my concern. They obviously don't care about the locals!

Menu of the room service breakfast that's overpriced.

NEVER COMING BACK!! The lobby is big, nice & beautiful & my data worked perfectly but once I stepped in my room my bars went from 4 to 1, so of course I look to see if they have WiF & they do....BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY PER DAY & PER DEVICE!!! I can understand if the place was accidentally built that your bars go down but the fact you have to pay for WiFi as well shows it's intentional. No complementary breakfast. $8 for a bottle of water. Only thing in lobby is free iced tap water.

    Nice mountain view

Clean, with friendly staff, convenient location, but i'd say a bit out of date. Like any Westin - the beds and bedding are always the best. But overall finishes and furniture could use some updating. Loved the room i was put in, you should, if you can - ask for a Mountain View. There seems to be ample parking, but if you catch your reservation during a time when there's some conference or event - then you might find yourself needing to park in the street. Overall, i'd stay here again because its close to work - and the location is good for me.

My favorite part about this hotel is that it's gym is open 24/7. The beds are also very comfortable and it's pretty neat and quiet and seems as if they made some recent updates (however, I definitely noticed some corners cut as well, but oh well). Over all, my stay here was just fine and I would stay here again! Oh I don't love that the internet costs extra. That's dumb.

This Westin Westminster has a grand lobby with plenty of meeting/sitting areas available. Checkin was fast and easy with friendly staff members. The hotel offers room service and a restaurant / bar which we enjoyed during our stay. The Westin also offers a small market which has all your last minute needs. Starbucks is offered from 6-11am. A great location with many dining options & movie theater just across the street. Lots of outdoor areas with plenty of seating. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. Lacking in USB ports, comfortable mattress' and high speed internet.

Pretty hotel. The most comfortable beds ever!!! I mean totally amazing beds! Starbucks inside.

Shower: The "rain" style shower head was mounted fairly high and worked well. The manufacturer of the "Nourish" brand shampoo trumpets high-end, luxury products, but goes to great lengths to hide the ingredients; it turns out that the shampoo contains SLS, which many people find drying and rash-inducing. Security: Like most hotels, Drury Plaza is situated in a "transitional space" which invites ne'er-do-wells. The outside is ringed with good lighting and cameras. Inside, the staff is very alert. While I was at the buffet, a non-guest wandered in; it took less than 30 seconds for a manager to redirect the interloper to the door, and numerous staff members materialized and cheerfully greeted everyone in the area (presumably to make sure that everyone belonged). Food: The "Evening Kick-Back" is a full meal. They rotate between three buffet-style menus, but there are enough extras to mix-and-match a wide variety of meals. At the height of a flu outbreak, I saw a lady cough into her hand then handle half a dozen serving utensils...everyone following her picked up a nice dose of virus. No hand sanitizer was provided (which meets the local health code--I checked--but many other states require sanitizer stations at buffets).

First off, we attempted to check in around 3:30 and our room wasn't even ready. We were stuck waiting about 40 minutes in the lobby for our room. Secondly, the cleanliness was below average. The bathroom had hair clippings all over the floor and toilet. The bathroom counter had a fake eyelash next to the soap tray, and there was used floss on the floor under the sink. Lastly, the service at breakfast and the 5:30 kickback was absolutely atrocious. Most of the trays of food were EMPTY. Even at the beginning of the food service. I spent over 30 minutes waiting for the milk to be refilled during breakfast. And items were cold during kickback. Most of our time in the dining area was spent waiting for refills of food. This is was so disappointing and a huge waste of time and money. I will say this Drury Inn is conveniently located near some nice shopping and food. And our room was beautifully spacious. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be returning to this location.

Patricia was also really nice to converse with, she's definitely a people person! The fitness room is open 24/7, with a decent selection of free weights, a cable column machine weight machine and various cardio machines. The indoor pool is open during the day. My wife and I spend 30-40 nights a year in hotel rooms and have been Diamond Members for a while. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have encountered. We checked in late (10:40 PM) after a near 7 hour drive. The check in process went quickly. As we walked to the room, my boys and I immediately smelled cigarette smoke in the stairwell, hallway and in our room. Then, when I set up the sofa bed, we could find no sheets, pillows, or blankets for the pull out bed. When I went downstairs, the night desk attendant told me that housekeeping was closed. He was able to find a mattress cover and a blanket. He told me he would look for a pillow and bring one up to the room. I also noted the cigarette smoke and was told he had smelled it as well "but that there wasn't much he could do about it." I went back to the room. 40 minutes later I was asleep, having borrowed a pillow from my son's bed. In the morning, we discovered the shower had no soap or body wash. In addition, when you pulled up the lever for the tub spout diverter, 1/3 of the water squirted/leaked out of the side, causing the shower pressure to be light. Instead of a towel claw hanger on the back of the bathroom door, there was a knob and a screw (see picture). And the lock on the bathroom door did not work (not fun with 2 teenage boys in the room). When I reported the problems to the front desk that morning (a new woman) informed me that housekeeping and maintenance were not in and she couldn't do anything about those things right now. It was 7:15 AM, we were leaving for the soccer fields. They had just taken both containers of coffee from the station and informed me and others waiting it would be at least 15 minutes before more coffee was brewed (a cardinal sin for parents heading to early morning soccer games). We left and I stopped at Starbucks on the way. When we got back to the hotel at 1:30 PM, I informed the 3rd desk attendant about the problems and he said he would have housekeeping bring up some pillows. He handed me a handful of small body wash bottles and told me they no longer put them in the showers, that they had shampoo and conditioner but that "I had to ask for body wash". Five minutes later he brought pillows up to the room. Walking down the hallways, the light of day revealed just how dirty the hallways were, with dirt and dust meeting the walls by the carpets edge needing to be vacuumed. There were also cuts in the carpet and scratches/scrapes/wallpaper tears in the walls. Sunday morning my boys and I went downstairs for breakfast at 8:30 AM. The toast, bagel, muffin station was nearly empty. When we asked if they were going to put more out, we were told that they didn't usually restock so late. We have stayed in Hampton Inn's before and usually prioritize Hilton. The only thing similar about this place was the sheets on the boy's beds. Everything else from the soaps, to the decor, to the dinginess of the place screamed the facility had been converted from another hotel and the new owners had done as few renovations as possible. What bothered me the most, was the complete lack of customer service and any type of apology. I get that many places are understaffed. But, I haven't experienced such a lack of care or professionalism in many years of traveling for work, for elite traveling soccer league games and tournaments, or for family roadtrips and vacations. The only bright spot is that we were in late Friday night and out Sunday morning, and spent most of our time on the soccer fields and away from the hotel.

Perfect size, nice bed, very comfortable, minor room temperature while facing West, the sun creates more heat ergo I turned the thermostat as low as possible. The downstairs construction did not add any noises, each Guest Agent were extremely polite, the elevators worked great, and the luggage carts were not too difficult to operate given I was severely under the weather; Yet a great place to recover over Christmas eve and day. I was told all the rooms are the same and they didn't have suitcase stands. Their solution was to use the narrow table that is against the wall or the air conditioner to put my suitcase on. I had to point out a suitcase would not fit on either of those things. Then her next solution was to hang everything in the closet. Again I had to point out that hanging my socks and underwear would be very difficult. I called customer service and was told they couldn't do anything for me since I used a 3rd party to rent the room. I pointed out the 3rd party didn't design or furnish the room so blaming them was ridiculous. So I can only suggest using Springhill Suites if you don't have any luggage.
