Stayed here with a family member to go to Ball Arena for hockey games back to back on a Sunday and Monday. We stayed here Sunday- Tuesday and had a great stay! Was charged $15 a night for parking but front desk said it was free when I talked to front deck at check. And $15 is crazy because the hotel is in a warehouse area, not a city location. I can't believe the cost of our stay compared to the service received. The bar staff was the worst I have ever experienced anywhere including paying for someone to be rude to you in Vegas! Sherri and Colton went out of their way to make guests feel like an inconvenience for going to the bar. We had a couple drinks on different days a witnessed them treating many people horribly. Sherri questioned every drink ordered and had attitude about making them. These were not special ordered drinks just normal everyday drinks. Colton rolled his eyes at guests and was verbally rude. He ripped my card out of my hand after ordering one drink and charged it. No option to order another drink. The only part of the stay that was nice was breakfast with Ricardo and Cheryl who absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make breakfast enjoyable. The hot tub was colder than the pool. Front desk staff was just as rude and disrespectful as the bar. 10/10 will not stay here again and recommend anyone else spending their money elsewhere as well read more

The Embassy Suites is definitely one of my go-to hotels and I do enjoy being a Hilton Honors member. We were able to get an early check-in. My husband and I left the "hustle and bustle" of a downtown hotel for a conference to book a room and enjoy the rest of our time a hotel that was away from the noise, so to speak. Nice staff; fantastic breakfast. As usual, loved the "have it your way" omelet station. We enjoyed eating at the in-house restaurant as well. Our spacious room was clean, though there could be a bit of updating done hotel-wide. The fitness center was small, but served its purpose. The only issue I have with the exercise space is that there was not a sanitizing station anywhere. I know we are no longer in the midst of the pandemic, but germs are still being spread and having sanitizer available in a small, shared space would probably be a good idea! read more

I love this hotel. I'm not sure why I didn't review during my last visit. As with most Embassy Suites, you get a nice 2 room suite with 2 TV sets and if you're a Gold or Diamond elite member, also get snacks and bottled water. For this trip, was supposed to have my water and snacks in my room, but that didn't happen. I did get some at the front desk. They also provided a toothbrush and toothpaste and not the packets either. While I wasn't there for the manager's reception, I remember from last time that only 2 drinks are allowed now as opposed to 2 hours unlimited. The 5 stars goes to the breakfast cook who made me one of the best omelettes I ever had at a hotel. They have a very nice breakfast, but not the old buffet style that most Embassy Suites have. Their location was close to my customer which is why I picked this hotel. I also remember it's across the street from the House Of Dank. At the right time, you can get the smell when they're processing. read more

Was here for an event. Please note that there is an artificial scent being piped into the lobby. It was overpowering and I am allergic to this and it made it difficult to breathe and gave me a headache. I asked the lobby clerks about it and they had no idea. When I googled it, I saw that this a practice of the parent company (Hilton). Also, as an attendee of the event and user of their space, there is NO wifi. I used to love Embassy Suites with their great breakfasts and their spacious suites, but the smell in the lobby is intolerable. read more

This was the singularly best hotel visit ever. The breakfast buffet alone would be worth the stay. The hotel staff was great and, although the hotel was full, it was quiet. It is close enough to downtown to be convenient but away from the bustle. The only Cons would be paid parking and no free Internet but with smart phones of today it wasn't missed. read more

Take your money elsewhere!! Spent $240 for a night here the building is fairly run down and there are much nicer hotels in the area for the same price. They charge separately for things like internet and parking. Room service also barged in without knocking asking when we were leaving. Found this extremely rude and disrespectful when check out was still an hr away. We stayed here during our visit to rocky mountains first week of September. We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were pretty good and spacious. We booked a two bed suite with sofa bed. All of them were comfortable. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. They have a live omelette station which gives you fresh food instead of pre packed heated up breakfast vibes. The hotel is in an industrial area which is kind of odd, but they seem to do good business regardless. Not much close by, but if you're willing to do a bit of traveling you can find shopping and other local restaurants. Use your Yelp app to see what nearby. It's pretty expensive to stay here, but if you take into account what goes into making an awesome breakfast then it seems to balance out. This isn't your normal powdered eggs and toast hotel breakfast. It verges on restaurant style. REAL eggs for made to order omelets or over easy as you wish. Bacon, hash browns and all the fixings. I highly recommend giving yourself some time to get your money's worth from the breakfast, because believe me, you are paying for it. The rooms are nice but not $175 nice. Take advantage of the hotel amenities. Again, everything they have, they build into the price of your stay. Safety- You are safe at this location, but as others have written the area isn't the best. Some have written that their vehicles were broken into. Do the obvious and don't leave anything in plane site if some bad guys happen bye. This is probably few and far between though. Visiting this Embassy Suites is like time traveling back to the 90's. From the open atrium design, to the decor, and the lack of television options... it's all there. There's some nostalgia to the atrium and decor, but I don't miss the olden tymes TV. You see, some Embassy locations now allow you to cast from your phone directly to the TV, so you can use whatever streaming service you already subscribe to. This location only offers OnDemand for a fee and live TV, complete with commercials. So 90's. So nope. Also... the WiFi connection you get with your room requires constant vigilance as it kicks you off frequently. Not every Embassy Suites is so aggressive with the WiFi disconnects. There are plenty of good things. The rooms are nice and spacious, with a front living room area. This is also very 90s and is something I miss about some other Embassy locations. They still do free breakfast and happy hour. Parking is free. The staff is friendly. A pool exists. That's all nice. There are indications that they are short staffed here (especially at breakfast, which is a little chaotic and messy), but they doing their best. Things are tough. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. Overall, this place isn't a bad choice. read more

I only have amazing things to say about this hotel and the reason for this is because of Renee! From the moment I stepped in until the moment I stepped out, I was treated by such great hospitality by Renee and the staff here. As you enter, you're greeted by the hotel concierge that's willing to assist. When I checked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and was informed of all the amenities the hotel had to offer. Renee was very professional and explained how the hotel had complementary breakfast and an evening happy hour! She also went above and beyond to ensure that my room was spotless and had my waters available for me (Hilton honors member). The room was clean and spotless. The water pressure was great and the water got weak quickly. As expected the embassy had two rooms, which was great because I could work in one and really detach myself from with work in the other. The breakfast was amazing! Omelets made fresh to order. They also had bacon, sausages and hash browns to choose from as well. Typical cereal and bagels are there as well as donuts! Overall, I had an amazing stay and would definitely come back for all my trips to Colorado! read more

Staying in Denver for my daughter's medical care at Jewish National Health. I booked the wrong location Sunday night & was in distress, front desk manager Angel was unbelievably helpful in assisting me. Although the correct location had no available rooms, Angel did everything in his power to assist me & walk me through transferring reservation to the other location. The next morning Julio was equally as helpful assisting me. I'm conflicted to leave this review bc the front desk staff deserves 5 stars & above. As did the 2 bartenders working Sunday evening. What welcoming service they provided and customized meal I requested. Very impressed! My issue with the hotel is that a simple coat of paint in the rooms, perhaps new couches and laminate flooring investment would turn this from 2/3 star to easily 4/5. Maria assured us and confirmed room will be available (again room is paid) * Arrived at Embassy Suites Denver Central Park at 17:00 mst June 7th * Embassy Suites front desk employee refused to check us in * We asked if the employee can see our reservation, he confirmed and confirmed it was paid. Still refused to check us in. Stated he needed to know the third party name??? Avoid this hotel! We recently booked and stayed at this hotel and we had such a terrible experience. We typically book Embassy Suites and the brand we think is amazing, however, this location does not represent the typical high quality experience of most Embassy Suites hotels. We found the front desk staff rude and inflexible. They did not seem to appreciate that out of all the hotels available in the area, we chose them. I wrote to the manager of the hotel and received no response. Again, I would again select an Embassy Suites hotel, however, I would absolutely avoid this hotel, while it is an Embassy Suites Brand, it does not have the service you would expect from the Brand. The property is not in great condition. The ceiling paint was peeling off in bathroom and shower. The comforter had a hole in it. I asked for a late checkout so I could take a call. They agreed but called my room throughout my call acting like they had no clue. Side note I asked days in advance and was told I needed to call the day of so if it was an issue they could have said something days in advance. Great hotel! I spent the night here because Denver was my connection for a flight to Mexico. My first impression was extremely positive, as the staff was friendly and welcoming. The lobby was well-maintained and appeared to be a recent remodel. And the room? Clean with an immaculate bathroom. Bed linens were crisp and fresh. My friends and I hung out at the bar that evening, where we ordered burgers and drinks. For a late-night order, the food was actually pretty good. So, I've been at Embassy Suites before, and I have generally had several good experiences. This one was just barely OK. It definitely is showing some wear and tear throughout. I also understand that it is hard to get staff these days, and that everyone is trying to be environmentally friendly when it comes to washing towels and bedding. However, I don't think that staffing, Covid concerns, or environmental issues should be used as excuses for providing less than excellent service. For example, I am used to places that say "hang your towels up and we won't wash them". But here, you have to actually request that you receive room cleaning in the first place, and if you don't do it early enough in the day, then it does not get done. Also, Embassy Suites and many hotels like this, often offer a happy hour. They were offering the free well drinks and one draft beer when I was there. However, the happy hour food was just single serving bags of potato chips. They claimed that this was due to Covid related concerns, but, that is rather hard to believe considering that they still have the breakfast buffet. You can't have it both ways, either you are worried about health related issues, or you are just being cheap. But, inconsistency makes it hard to justify the disparity. They were also quite inflexible (stingy?) with being willing to store bags at the front desk, allow for a late check out, or grant an early check-in. The bed was nice and comfortable (and often times that is the most important thing). We were also able to crank the AC and keep the room nice and chilly. However, a friend of ours staying just four doors down could not get the temperature below sweltering, and nothing was ever done during the two days that he was there to fix it. Also, my favorite thing about Embassy Suites is that you basically get two rooms, one set up like a miniature living room/office/kitchenette and the other one being your sleeping/dressing room (with the bathroom strategically located in between the two separate rooms). However, all of the fixtures in the bathroom were placed lower than normal. For example, the counter, the sink, the toilet, etc. This may have been done to be more handicap accessible, but it definitely made me feel my lower back and knees twinge while using the facilities. The breakfast buffet, which was included as part of our stay, was rather decent. The people running the omelette station/hot bar did a very good job and there were other breakfast choices as well. And, despite Covid concerns, it was actually a pretty good spread. However, ordering directly from the kitchen for lunch and dinner was rather abysmal both with the quality of the food and the service. My fries were soggy, my girlfriends risotto was overcooked mush, and her broccoli was just steamed green bits with nothing offered to make it taste even slightly better. I never did get a refill on my beverage, and when a manager walked by and asked how everything was going and I said "sure could use a refill on our drinks", he ignored me and we never saw the server again. In fact, we waited so long for a bill without receiving one, that we finally wandered over to a different part of the hotel atrium and they had to track us down for payment. read more

And the staff goes above and beyond to make me feel at home and remember me. Super friendly staff and refreshed snacks daily in fridge and room. Feels like home away from home. And the location is convenient even though it's surrounded by warehouses. Don't let that discourage you. I always feel safe, and there are great options for food and shopping near by. Things don't always click, whether you're talking about personal or business relationships: instead, the 'click" becomes a 'cluck' - of the tongue, of disappointment, frustration, even betrayal.  I'm not asking for special favors or deference, or anyone to kow-tow, but when you've earned the highest status in the Hilton family, you're exhibiting a high level of patronage and no uncertain degree of loyalty; as such, you'd expect a modicum of courtesy and rudimentary professionalism.  Neither was forthcoming in my recent visit to this property. I had already been through the wringer, driving back from days of skiing at Vail, only to find I70 closed for half a day due to an avalanche. This meant taking a long detour and STILL missing my flight by a country mile. I elected to stay the night rather than rack my body further through a redeye on another airline. I called Hilton's Diamond Help Desk to seek accommodation, coming up with (...sigh!) Truth be known, Embassy Suites had always been close to the bottom choice for me in the Hilton family. I find their ersatz chic and modernity off-putting and gauche, their evening receptions, institution-like: as in, "If they had evening receptions with cheap wine and beer in the big house, it'd look like THIS!"). But I didn't have too many other options.  After securing the reservation with Central, I was told to call the hotel directly to arrange for a pick-up. When I called, the snooty young man says he doesn't have my reservation; do I have a confirmation number? I said I'm a Diamond member, had just made the reservation with Central, and I've even received the email confirmation of the reservation in my inbox; how could he not have it?  He insisted on having the reservation number, which I had to dig out of the email, whereupon he said, 'I have it now." He proceeded to give me the directions for the shuttle, which turned out to be WRONG!  He said something like "West side, door 105" when the West side consists of all even-number doors. (Grrrr! I need this like a hole in the head!)  But wait: there's more! After I checked in, I found that I didn't have my charger with me. So I went to the front desk, where I found this same self-absorbed young man; I explained that I need a charger, and could I borrow one from them? Travelers like I leave things behind; I don't need to TAKE one from their lost-and-found, just borrow it for a couple of hours: a request that has been accommodated cheerfully in other hotels. No can do, he says, and to add insult to injury, he helpfully suggests, "I can get the shuttle to take you to a 7-11!". Seeing the puzzled look on my face, he wryly added, "...where you can BUY one!" If I had an ounce less restraint, I swear I would have slugged him, or at least resort to swearing. There are other little things that bothered me (the leaking ice machine, par exemple), but I just don't feel like recounting those now. With all that, my stay was totally spoiled - which is a shame, since the property is really not that bad (for an Embassy Suites). The rooms are spacious and quite tastefully appointed (for an Embassy Suites). Very often it's the people who make or break a transaction. Oh and be warned: they only serve breakfast till 0900! read more

4.5 out of 5 stars... Havana, oh na na.... first of all, we try to stay at Embassy Suites whenever we can. This was one of the cheaper option in Denver (and included free parking too!). I didn't get many pictures of the room or lobby, but the lobby was nicely decorated. There was some confusion upon checking in (since I had already paid using the Hilton app). The room was spacious and clean and staff texted to check in how our stay was going. There was some noise coming from the lobby and bar until midnight one evening, but that died down. The sofa bed was comfortable the first night, but by the second night could feel most of the springs in the bed. The refrigerator worked well (almost too well, as my lemonade turned into a chunk of ice). The breakfasts are always top notch from fruit to omelettes, yogurt parfaits, and toppings, pastries, etc. The manager's reception on the last night was pretty minimal- including pinwheel sandwiches, chips, salsa, and queso. The drink (vodka, cranberry, grenadine) was very good. Overall, was a good stay read more
