Located on W 103rd Ave & Church Ranch Ave near Hwy 36 with plenty of parking. Our 2nd time staying at a Hyatt and we continue to love the hospitality. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. The shower is spacious and so clean. Casting to the TV is a great feature. Small working area can be used as a desk/working station which has an office chair. We were very comfortable our entire stay. There's a bar in the lobby that conveniently serves bar food. We were checked in and greeted by 'Victor', who was very attentive and took his time explaining the hotel amenities to us, making us feel welcomed. He is amazing! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and happy to help. They serve a complimentary buffet-style breakfast daily from 6 - 9 AM that includes eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage or ham, toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal & waffle makers (so that you can make your own fresh waffles), simply amazing! Indoor pool; Gym; Convenient snack shop; Business Center; Free parking. A block away from Target and lots of  eateries. Area feels very safe. Overall, we had one of the best experiences at the Hyatt Place and will stay here again when in town for an event at the 1stBank Center, which is 2 miles away.

Love, love, love this place! Was in town for business and was told the area I needed to stay so grabbed this place as closest to my appointment. First off when you get in the desk service is great. Friendly and wanting to help with not only amenities in the hotel but offer suggestions for local spots for food and entertainment. The standard room is huge with a sitting room and bedroom. They have these cool shades on the windows you can can pull partially down so you can still see out the window without actually having the dark shade open. They also have refrigerators in all the rooms which is a super plus when I travel. They do have bar in the lobby with small bites as well as a free breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend here to stay when in Westminster.

Woke up to 20" of snow ! Thankful the lobby had plenty of brushes to wipe vehicles off

Lovely hotel. Easy access to freeway/highway, close to major conveniences like coffee shops, restaurants, gas stations, and shopping. Clean and large rooms. Comfortable beds and large clean bathrooms. Staff was helpful and attentive.

I'm liking Hyatt more and more! I had a great experience at a Hyatt near Universal studios in Orlando. With that in mind, I needed lodging for a group of us on a business trip. I turned to Hyatt, and I'm happy to say I was impressed! This is a newer clean hotel - rooms are spacious. There's a wardrobe closet to hang clothes. Tv, refrigerator, microwave, desk, iron, all the necessities. Nice working blinds on the windows. My room had a sofa as well with a neat looking retro light. They had a pool I think (never tried it), a work out room, and a nice outdoor patio area. Greeted nicely at the front desk! Very welcoming and informative. Each employee I encountered at this Hyatt was pleasant and gave great customer service. Our stay included breakfast. Now, I will say that the Universal Studios Breakfast had a lot more options than this Hyatt, but I assume that's due to volume of customers being close to an amusement park. Hyatt WESTMINSTER breakfast included scrambled eggs, potatoes, roasted vegetables, bacon, bread, muffins, cereals. The Marriott is next door - walking distance. They have a full restaurant if needed. I don't recall Hyatt having that? One odd thing - or maybe they planned it this way...in the shower, the drain is a long metal or steel type plate. When you turn the shower off, the shower head drips water for a minute or so and the water drips off that drain plate and makes an unusual sound. Hummmm, is that supposed to be some tranquil spa sound to enhance the shower experience or just an unusual sound it makes?? Hey Hyatt - I can be your secret shopper and check out all of your facilities. I'm liking what I see so far and I'm learning more about the Hyatt standards. ;). I'm telling more and more people to give Hyatt a try! Nice job!

It was my first time at Hyatt Place. Stayed at this place during my trip in Colorado and it was great! It has nice and modern lobby/bar area. The place is brand new and the service was great. I had to cancel one of the two nights (due to schedule) and they offered to cancel at the last minute. The room was super nice, clean, spacious, and included a sofa that can be used for a bed. They provide complimentary breakfast buffet and I loved it. There are many choices like waffles, toasts, cereal, fruits, yogurt, sausages, scrambled eggs, juices, and many more. The thing I liked about this place was that they provide real plates and utensils unlike other hotels at similar price. This place also provides free wifi, free parking, in addition to the complimentary breakfast.

I was here for a conference and the ballroom they kept us in was beautiful and the bartenders were friendly. The situation that truly made this hotel shine was a unique one. On my last night there, my colleagues and I were walking back from a bar around the corner. We are not familiar with the frozen bodies of water and decided to play with the ice on the pond in front of the hotel. After a few moments of tossing pieces of ice across the pond, one of my rings that is very sentimental to me flew off my finger and across the frozen pond. I was heartbroken and everyone told me there was nothing I could do and that it was a lost cause. The following morning, I told the front desk the situation. They told me they would call maintenance and see if there was anything they could do for me. That's when Rick came out to assess the situation. He was SO kind and understanding as he tried to come up with a solution. When he realized how far out the ring was, he decided to get one of the hotel engineers, Omar, involved. He came out and was every but as kind and pleasant as Rick had been. I had breakfast reservations I was cutting it close to and they told me to go ahead and go enjoy myself while I let them figure the situation out. Once I arrived back to the hotel, the same kind girl that checked me into the hotel was holding my ring beaming at me in excitement. I couldn't believe it!! I still don't know how they did it, but they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with a situation that had nothing to do with the hotel and they could have easily given up on. I am eternally grateful and will always stay here when in the area!!!

Shower: The "rain" style shower head was mounted fairly high and worked well. The manufacturer of the "Nourish" brand shampoo trumpets high-end, luxury products, but goes to great lengths to hide the ingredients; it turns out that the shampoo contains SLS, which many people find drying and rash-inducing. Security: Like most hotels, Drury Plaza is situated in a "transitional space" which invites ne'er-do-wells. The outside is ringed with good lighting and cameras. Inside, the staff is very alert. While I was at the buffet, a non-guest wandered in; it took less than 30 seconds for a manager to redirect the interloper to the door, and numerous staff members materialized and cheerfully greeted everyone in the area (presumably to make sure that everyone belonged). Food: The "Evening Kick-Back" is a full meal. They rotate between three buffet-style menus, but there are enough extras to mix-and-match a wide variety of meals. At the height of a flu outbreak, I saw a lady cough into her hand then handle half a dozen serving utensils...everyone following her picked up a nice dose of virus. First off, we attempted to check in around 3:30 and our room wasn't even ready. We were stuck waiting about 40 minutes in the lobby for our room. Secondly, the cleanliness was below average. The bathroom had hair clippings all over the floor and toilet. The bathroom counter had a fake eyelash next to the soap tray, and there was used floss on the floor under the sink. Lastly, the service at breakfast and the 5:30 kickback was absolutely atrocious. Most of the trays of food were EMPTY. Even at the beginning of the food service. I spent over 30 minutes waiting for the milk to be refilled during breakfast. And items were cold during kickback. Most of our time in the dining area was spent waiting for refills of food. This is was so disappointing and a huge waste of time and money. I will say this Drury Inn is conveniently located near some nice shopping and food. And our room was beautifully spacious. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be returning to this location.

Our dinner meals from Tiller's were delicious. Sadly, the night we were there, the bartenders had to overwork and hustle due to a shortage of staff and a large business/leisure crowd: I stood for about 40 minutes waiting for my take out order and watched how stressed the bartenders were in meeting the demands but kept everything rolling. My wife and I spend 30-40 nights a year in hotel rooms and have been Diamond Members for a while. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have encountered. We checked in late (10:40 PM) after a near 7 hour drive. The check in process went quickly. As we walked to the room, my boys and I immediately smelled cigarette smoke in the stairwell, hallway and in our room. Then, when I set up the sofa bed, we could find no sheets, pillows, or blankets for the pull out bed. When I went downstairs, the night desk attendant told me that housekeeping was closed. He was able to find a mattress cover and a blanket. He told me he would look for a pillow and bring one up to the room. I also noted the cigarette smoke and was told he had smelled it as well "but that there wasn't much he could do about it." I went back to the room. 40 minutes later I was asleep, having borrowed a pillow from my son's bed. In the morning, we discovered the shower had no soap or body wash. In addition, when you pulled up the lever for the tub spout diverter, 1/3 of the water squirted/leaked out of the side, causing the shower pressure to be light. Instead of a towel claw hanger on the back of the bathroom door, there was a knob and a screw (see picture). And the lock on the bathroom door did not work (not fun with 2 teenage boys in the room). When I reported the problems to the front desk that morning (a new woman) informed me that housekeeping and maintenance were not in and she couldn't do anything about those things right now. It was 7:15 AM, we were leaving for the soccer fields. They had just taken both containers of coffee from the station and informed me and others waiting it would be at least 15 minutes before more coffee was brewed (a cardinal sin for parents heading to early morning soccer games). We left and I stopped at Starbucks on the way. When we got back to the hotel at 1:30 PM, I informed the 3rd desk attendant about the problems and he said he would have housekeeping bring up some pillows. He handed me a handful of small body wash bottles and told me they no longer put them in the showers, that they had shampoo and conditioner but that "I had to ask for body wash". Five minutes later he brought pillows up to the room. Walking down the hallways, the light of day revealed just how dirty the hallways were, with dirt and dust meeting the walls by the carpets edge needing to be vacuumed. There were also cuts in the carpet and scratches/scrapes/wallpaper tears in the walls. Sunday morning my boys and I went downstairs for breakfast at 8:30 AM. The toast, bagel, muffin station was nearly empty. When we asked if they were going to put more out, we were told that they didn't usually restock so late. We have stayed in Hampton Inn's before and usually prioritize Hilton. The only thing similar about this place was the sheets on the boy's beds. Everything else from the soaps, to the decor, to the dinginess of the place screamed the facility had been converted from another hotel and the new owners had done as few renovations as possible. What bothered me the most, was the complete lack of customer service and any type of apology. I get that many places are understaffed. But, I haven't experienced such a lack of care or professionalism in many years of traveling for work, for elite traveling soccer league games and tournaments, or for family roadtrips and vacations. The only bright spot is that we were in late Friday night and out Sunday morning, and spent most of our time on the soccer fields and away from the hotel.

Not the Hotel's fault!!! DoubleTree Hilton was perfect for I was severely under the weather, I am terribly allergic to the (Skunk) Pot weed people smoke these days and fell horribly ill, ergo being in the area I booked a TJoes, picked up some healthy food and checked in. Noticing my lovely check in lady was having difficulties, and when asking, she said she would get it straighten, no problem on my side. Service dog and I went to our Queen room, and crashed. Perfect size, nice bed, very comfortable, minor room temperature while facing West, the sun creates more heat ergo I turned the thermostat as low as possible. The downstairs construction did not add any noises, each Guest Agent were extremely polite, the elevators worked great, and the luggage carts were not too difficult to operate given I was severely under the weather; Yet a great place to recover over Christmas eve and day. I was told all the rooms are the same and they didn't have suitcase stands. Their solution was to use the narrow table that is against the wall or the air conditioner to put my suitcase on. I had to point out a suitcase would not fit on either of those things. Then her next solution was to hang everything in the closet. Again I had to point out that hanging my socks and underwear would be very difficult. I called customer service and was told they couldn't do anything for me since I used a 3rd party to rent the room. I pointed out the 3rd party didn't design or furnish the room so blaming them was ridiculous. So I can only suggest using Springhill Suites if you don't have any luggage.
