Very much enjoying my stay here this week for work. All the staff are friendly and helpful from the concierge to the bartender to the cleaning staff. Wyatt at the front desk helped me send out my stack of 80 Christmas cards in the daily post. He is always smiley and helpful. Thank you, Wyatt! The breakfast buffet includes fresh fruit, potatoes, eggs and either sausage or ham, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, toast or bagels, multiple types of juice, tea, coffee! The conference room we've been using is always clean with coffee/tea and ice water available all day. The bar/eatery onsite called The Placery has a limited but yummy menu--during happy hour, I ordered the chicken tortilla soup today with a slice of NY cheesecake, and a glass of their Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine was particularly delicious--Patricia the bartender told me that this Canvas brand of wine is only available at Hyatt hotels though it's grown in Napa Valley. Intriguing! Patricia was also really nice to converse with, she's definitely a people person! The fitness room is open 24/7, with a decent selection of free weights, a cable column machine weight machine and various cardio machines. The indoor pool is open during the day. It feels about 85 degrees and comfortable with deck chairs and a shower. Coin operated washing machines and dryers for $2 each, and single load laundry detergent and dryer sheets available at the front desk ($9 total). Just behind the hotel are the easily accessible bike/pedestrian trails called the Big Dry Creek Trail. On top of it all, today it snowed outside! Just for a couple hours but it was a treat for a California girl like me. For a mid level reasonably priced hotel, this one exceeded my expectations! The facilities are immaculate and with very friendly staff. The AC didn't work properly but the team graciously moved us to another room. The area around the hotel is out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Denver with easy access to downtown Denver, The Rocky Mountain National Park, Cheyenne and Fort Collins. Fabulous hotel! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location contributed to my wonderful stay here. First of all, Victor at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. He helped me when I left my key in my room and made me a new key in minutes. The rooms are new and modern. Everything was cleaned thoroughly, which I appreciated. The restaurant downstairs was delicious - great happy hour deals during the week ($4 craft beer!) and awesome fries. The breakfast bar was wonderful - fun waffle flavors (chocolate!) and fresh raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries! And the coffee was solid - much better than typical hotel coffee. I used the gym a few times and it was well-maintained and clean. Overall, I had a great stay at a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend this hotel. read more

Located on W 103rd Ave & Church Ranch Ave near Hwy 36 with plenty of parking. Our 2nd time staying at a Hyatt and we continue to love the hospitality. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. The shower is spacious and so clean. Casting to the TV is a great feature. Small working area can be used as a desk/working station which has an office chair. We were very comfortable our entire stay. There's a bar in the lobby that conveniently serves bar food. We were checked in and greeted by 'Victor', who was very attentive and took his time explaining the hotel amenities to us, making us feel welcomed. He is amazing! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and happy to help. They serve a complimentary buffet-style breakfast daily from 6 - 9 AM that includes eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage or ham, toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal & waffle makers (so that you can make your own fresh waffles), simply amazing! Indoor pool; Gym; Convenient snack shop; Business Center; Free parking. A block away from Target and lots of  eateries. Area feels very safe. Overall, we had one of the best experiences at the Hyatt Place and will stay here again when in town for an event at the 1stBank Center, which is 2 miles away. read more

I would strongly suggest to NOT book group or individual stays here. And do NOT expect any service from Dottie Stowe. We had an event cancelled - a soccer tournament dues to weather - with an actual Dr. note from a CO source stating they could not play in the weather. Given the time frame we would have been happy with credits to use at a later date, still they would still not work with us. It should be noted, that at other Hyatt hotels have had wonderful, service, this is this PARTICULAR Hyatt, not the chain. A lot of great hotels with better customer service in the area - Choose wisely. read more

Very nice location, clean, and right near freeways. If you're in town for softball this is a good location to stay at if you need a target grocery and Starbucks to make your home away from home comfortable as possible. Nice open lobby for check in and they have a bar and food next to the continental breakfast area with a patio. Small office area and printing if needed. The pool and gym are next to each other with a bathroom. Decent amount of cardio and weight machines as well as core workout items for use. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and look forward to telling our team we should stay here next year. read more

Love, love, love this place! Was in town for business and was told the area I needed to stay so grabbed this place as closest to my appointment. First off when you get in the desk service is great. Friendly and wanting to help with not only amenities in the hotel but offer suggestions for local spots for food and entertainment. The standard room is huge with a sitting room and bedroom. They have these cool shades on the windows you can can pull partially down so you can still see out the window without actually having the dark shade open. They also have refrigerators in all the rooms which is a super plus when I travel. They do have bar in the lobby with small bites as well as a free breakfast in the morning. I'm liking Hyatt more and more! I had a great experience at a Hyatt near Universal studios in Orlando. With that in mind, I needed lodging for a group of us on a business trip. I turned to Hyatt, and I'm happy to say I was impressed! This is a newer clean hotel - rooms are spacious. There's a wardrobe closet to hang clothes. Tv, refrigerator, microwave, desk, iron, all the necessities. Nice working blinds on the windows. My room had a sofa as well with a neat looking retro light. They had a pool I think (never tried it), a work out room, and a nice outdoor patio area. Greeted nicely at the front desk! Very welcoming and informative. Each employee I encountered at this Hyatt was pleasant and gave great customer service. Our stay included breakfast. Now, I will say that the Universal Studios Breakfast had a lot more options than this Hyatt, but I assume that's due to volume of customers being close to an amusement park. Hyatt WESTMINSTER breakfast included scrambled eggs, potatoes, roasted vegetables, bacon, bread, muffins, cereals. The Marriott is next door - walking distance. They have a full restaurant if needed. I don't recall Hyatt having that? One odd thing - or maybe they planned it this way...in the shower, the drain is a long metal or steel type plate. When you turn the shower off, the shower head drips water for a minute or so and the water drips off that drain plate and makes an unusual sound. Hummmm, is that supposed to be some tranquil spa sound to enhance the shower experience or just an unusual sound it makes?? Hey Hyatt - I can be your secret shopper and check out all of your facilities. I'm liking what I see so far and I'm learning more about the Hyatt standards. ;). I had a great stay here. The staff was nice, the rooms were nice and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the slight mountain views! Also very cool that the recreational path runs right by it. This area felt very quiet and safe, and wasn't too far out of downtown (15-20 min maybe). Would definitely stay again! read more

It was my first time at Hyatt Place. Stayed at this place during my trip in Colorado and it was great! It has nice and modern lobby/bar area. The place is brand new and the service was great. I had to cancel one of the two nights (due to schedule) and they offered to cancel at the last minute. The room was super nice, clean, spacious, and included a sofa that can be used for a bed. They provide complimentary breakfast buffet and I loved it. There are many choices like waffles, toasts, cereal, fruits, yogurt, sausages, scrambled eggs, juices, and many more. The thing I liked about this place was that they provide real plates and utensils unlike other hotels at similar price. This place also provides free wifi, free parking, in addition to the complimentary breakfast. read more

I've stayed here twice now and absolutely loved my stay. From all the staff, the nice lobby, the bar and the breakfast, it's all well above average. The hotel is brand new plus it's a Hyatt so attention to detail and cleanliness standards are top notch. They do have a mini fridge and microwave in the room which comes in handy for heating up some food or keeping your beverages cool. I live in the area and am checking out hotels for my guests for an upcoming celebration. Perfect place! While not full service like their sister property next door they come pretty darn close. Great for families with the hideaway bed, and rooms being a tad bigger. Breakfast is good, but they could it beef up with a few more offerings. The nice touch I like at breakfast are real silverware and plates. A touch of class you won't find at the less expensive places in the area. For the $10 or $20 bucks more you pay it's definitely worth the stay. read more

We were so happy with this place. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The towels were a bit stiff but as most people know hotels haven't discovered fabric softener yet because people have allergies. My wife had the breakfast and said it was amazing. We are frequent travelers and this is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at in some time. The rooms are spacious & comfortable,nice amenities; microwave, refrigerator and single serve coffee maker. Breakfasts are very nice, not a made to order like Embassy Suites, but they offer hot food with eggs, breakfast meat, French toast, yogurt & muffins, fresh fruit, etc. Hotel is in a great location, off of highway 36, close to Boulder and the northern Denver suburbs. Our room was quiet, it was cleaned daily, (unlike several hotel chains) and the public areas were spotless. It is our new "go to" place when we visit Denver North. read more

i stayed 3 nights hotel is very clean room was very comfy and clean had nice little extras . it has the capacity to stream on tv with your device but was a bit over my skill level lobby is decorated in a very nice mountain style .breakfast was good with many choices for all. its close to resturants stores and freeway i loved all the walking trails with lots of waterfalls and little streams and ponds. just a very nice experience. read more

I'm a pretty loyal Hyatt member and this Hyatt was no different. The breakfast was good, actually the bacon was very good and that's unusual for a buffet. We would have eaten at the bar area but for some reason it's closed during strange hours. Like we were there at 7 and it closed from 6 - 8 for some reason, so we went next door and ate there. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom ample size. Uh the TV was a little outdated. Every interaction with an employee was great. The only reason they got 4 stars here is I asked for early check in, they told me I had early check in and then we still had to wait til 3 to get our room. read more

I stayed here for nine days, tenure ended a couple of weeks ago. I needed a comfortable, clean, quiet place to stay during an emergency. I didn't know what to expect when I booked, but this place was a godsend. It's not the St. Regis or anything, but all of the staff I met (thanks Trisha, Josh, and the rest) were very friendly and accommodating. When I sat at the bar to catch the news after breakfast, Trisha even offered me the remote to change the channel on television -- she didn't have to do that, which shows she cares about the patrons that stay there. Breakfast staff seemed very hardworking and attentive, making sure you had everything you needed at the buffet. I appreciated the eggs, crisp bacon, and french toast sticks. The round-the- clock selection of teas and hot chocolate packets were a highlight. The room was an ample size, and when I got tired of being in the room, as you do sometimes when you're not in your house, I was able to go to the work station downstairs and work on my laptop (again, with round-the-clock tea nearby!). The gym was clean and well-lit, with a couple of treadmills and a bike machine (not too many weight machines, but I was glad to still get some cardio in). The highlight was the pool -- while I didn't use it, I saw a few families take advantage of it while I was there. My room bathroom and towels were clean, shower provided ample hot water and enough pressure. The internet was just the tiniest bit spotty, but in light of all of the other services and amenities I received, this didn't really affect the quality of my stay, and I was still able to get all the work done I had to do. I truly felt at home here, thanks primarily to the courteous staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the comfortable accommodations, from the room to the workspace downstairs. And if you forget anything you need, there's a bunch of restaurants and a Target down the street. read more

I just relocated to Colorado and while in the process of getting settled, chose to stay at Hyatt Place. Normally out of my price range, but I was able to get a great price through a third party booking service. I just wanted to give a shout out and huge thanks to Aimee at the front desk. She and the entire staff went out of their way for us and made our stay a 5-star experience. Great hotel in a nice area with lots of restaurants. Easy to access I70 for trips to the mountains. The hotel is nicely maintained and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool was clean and the fitness center was nice. In addition, there were wildfires in the area and evacuees came to the hotel while we were staying there. The hotel went above and beyond to care for everyone who came in, while still maintaining a pleasant visit for the original guests. They kept everything clean and breakfast well-stocked despite the flood of people. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come again! read more

Great place to stay but the night staff will test your patience. Had to wait over 30 mins to order food while the server was staring directly at us and made no attempt to say hello. Night staff has no one at the front desk- expect to wait 30-40 mins before seeing anyone and calls were ringing without being answered, overall VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Which is sad because the hotel is so nice! The morning staff is so professional and kind. Just be ready to fend for yourself. We and other guests ordered food and drinks from outside of the hotel because we knew it would take hours to not only place an order but to see anyone downstairs. I travel a lot and decided to try this hotel. I usually stay at the Westin across the highway but this place was half the price. Everything about this hotel was awesome! The massive room, the staff etc. I'm in a wheelchair and got a room at the roll in shower. Out of the hundreds of rooms I've stayed in with roll in showers this hotel was hands down the best. Other hotels could certainly learn how to do a roll in shower correctly from this Hyatt. Usually there's always an issue like the hose not being long enough, the seat being across the shower from the hose, not having proper drainage so water gets everywhere, no fan to dry out the bathroom after you flood it from a bad design and a shower curtain that's a foot off the ground which causes water goes everywhere. I had no issues here for the first time ever staying at a hotel and I've stayed at the 4 Seasons, The W, Ritz Carlton and all sorts of hotels. So I'm going to try to book the Hyatt for trips going forward. Thank you Hyatt for an amazing design, staff and for actually designing a roll in shower that is actually very functional. read more

This is a newer facility, and a lot of thought went into it. For instance, the door to the bathroom is the sliding variety, so you don't give up "swing room" which can normally back you up against the toilet. The whole place appears clean, streamlined, and modern, including the rooms. The rooms have a lot of smooth, easily cleaned surfaces, with lots of space to put your stuff. Lots of light and space. The staff are great at all levels. The breakfast is amazing. Cage-free eggs, natural bacon, lots of gluten-free choices, creamy oatmeal, fresh, sweet pineapple, and fresh strawberries--in January! Very impressed. Good beds, quiet fans. We've been to 3 Hyatt Place facilities so far, and we are fans. read more

This was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I think I've ever been in. The hotel is relatively new, so its mostly clean, but the beds and linen are just very cheap and uncomfortable. The housekeeper also burst into our room at 9 am and asked us when we were leaving. This was the only experience I've ever had where the housekeeper was so eager to get into my room. She was ridiculous. I looked at her and told her I'd be leaving when I was ready. I paid for the room until 11. Don't come to me before that and demand to know when I'm leaving. The staff was cold, I was looking to make my a meal replacement shake and there is no blenders at the bar and they did not even help me. Snacks are very limited and no healthy neither gluten free. Pool is the nicer one in temperature in comparison with the Marriott and the Westin across the street and gym was nice and clean too. I stayed for four days and I was expecting to have a clean room every single day and on my second day when I come back at night time they did not cleaned and smelled like food from the night before because they did not clean the room and I called front desk and she told me to put the trash on the hallway outside my room because there is no house keeping at night. It looks like the hotel was opened after April 2018 and my room 404 specially the bathroom smells like a mixed of a fresh paint and dust. First Hyatt that I was not able to pay for a movie to watch with my son (Pay per view). For $5 more I will go back to the Westin across the street. read more

Had a really great time here. We were really curious about the recommendations from the locals on what to do in the area, and thankfully, we were greeted by the most personable and sweet front desk worker named Katie. I don't really leave reviews, but I just wanted to point out how a great personality could make your whole stay feel so much warmer! The rooms were really nice too, and let me tell you those were the most comfortable beds and pillows out of any resort I've stayed in. Perfect location with amazing restaurants near by. Clean room, modern decor in the lobby and very close to the Church Ranch Event Center where we were staying. But, for $200 a night you don't get breakfast and there were wet, brown streaks in the elevator. I hope to God it was chocolate. read more

I will not book here again. We booked through a third party and prepaid for a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch. When we got there we were told they overbooked and moved to a room with one king bed and pull out couch. I have 3 kids, so it made sleeping arrangements hard. We were in a room that only had beds to sleep for 4. I was told I should consider myself lucky because they had other people who would be turned away without a room despite their booking. I should also add the room we were given cost less than the room I booked and was told I had to consult with the third party to address my concern because the hotel staff couldn't do anything. We went to the pool and there were no pool towels. We grabbed the towels from our room (we only had 3) and asked for more. We were told that the house keeping staff had left and didn't do any laundry so they would search for towels and try to find some. We never got any. When our room was cleaned the next day, we only got three towels again and had to share for showers/pool time among the 5 of us. read more

We stopped in at the bar after a long, difficult day. The staff was so kind and attentive. We had the tortilla soup, which was delicious and had just the right amount of spice. The Paprika and Parmesan fries were also fresh and really tasty. Comfortable, clean atmosphere. Nice music. We really enjoyed the bar/restaurant. read more
