But when hiring other businesses to do work, he just doesn't pay them. And won't return any calls or attempt to remedy the situation. I'm out $1100.00 and have been reaching out for YEARS to get paid. Nothing. So yeah the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. So I wouldn't based upon the actions s of an employee/owner who thought that he was immune to being responsible for paying a bill just like everyone else does.

AMAZING! My Well…read morePump stopped working... They showed up with 30 minutes (good luck) and Dennis had a crew out an hour later to replace the entire system. The quote they gave me was fair and honest, especially considering another company gave me a higher quote claiming the pump was underground. Dennis assured me the pump was NOT underground, a very honest admission that saved me hundreds of dollars, if not more! After some problems were discovered in the install process, Dennis and Water Dr worked with me to make the unexpected costs more reasonable. He then sent me a detailed invoice that included a warranty, easing any concerns I might have about future issues. He was positive and helpful throughout, answered all my questions and never seemed annoyed, rushed or frustrated by a first-time well-owning homeowner. Best way I can explain is just Honest, Fast, Affordable and Respectful I will absolutely be using Dennis and Water Dr for all of my well, pump, filter and water needs moving forward.

Before C&J was…read morerecommended to me, I worked with two other companies who misdiagnosed the problem costing me thousands and hours of wasted time for temporary band-aids, which failed within 3 months. One of these companies also advised me that I needed to drill a brand new well, which would be scheduled out SEVERAL MONTHS! Finally C&J was recommended to me by another local contractor. Chuck Sr and Jr were able to CORRECTLY identify the problem, repair my existing well, and install a new pump. Chuck Sr told me that he always tries to do the right thing for his customers, so he did all the excavation, repairs, and installation on the same day since it was an emergency for my family! By getting a 3rd opinion from C&J, I literally saved tens of thousands of dollars. I am not exaggerating when I say that his compassion and expertise saved my family from having to vacate our home due to lack of water. I would highly recommend C&J to anyone. Thank you again Chuck Sr and Chuck Jr!
