AMAZING! My Well…read morePump stopped working... They showed up with 30 minutes (good luck) and Dennis had a crew out an hour later to replace the entire system. The quote they gave me was fair and honest, especially considering another company gave me a higher quote claiming the pump was underground. Dennis assured me the pump was NOT underground, a very honest admission that saved me hundreds of dollars, if not more! After some problems were discovered in the install process, Dennis and Water Dr worked with me to make the unexpected costs more reasonable. He then sent me a detailed invoice that included a warranty, easing any concerns I might have about future issues. He was positive and helpful throughout, answered all my questions and never seemed annoyed, rushed or frustrated by a first-time well-owning homeowner. Best way I can explain is just Honest, Fast, Affordable and Respectful I will absolutely be using Dennis and Water Dr for all of my well, pump, filter and water needs moving forward.

I was having constant issues with my well pump staying primed for months. Before C&J was…read morerecommended to me, I worked with two other companies who misdiagnosed the problem costing me thousands and hours of wasted time for temporary band-aids, which failed within 3 months. One of these companies also advised me that I needed to drill a brand new well, which would be scheduled out SEVERAL MONTHS! Finally C&J was recommended to me by another local contractor. Chuck Sr and Jr were able to CORRECTLY identify the problem, repair my existing well, and install a new pump. Chuck Sr told me that he always tries to do the right thing for his customers, so he did all the excavation, repairs, and installation on the same day since it was an emergency for my family! By getting a 3rd opinion from C&J, I literally saved tens of thousands of dollars. I am not exaggerating when I say that his compassion and expertise saved my family from having to vacate our home due to lack of water. I would highly recommend C&J to anyone. Thank you again Chuck Sr and Chuck Jr!

THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE. I had scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago for installation of new…read moreequipment for today, 10/14. The day of the appointment (WHICH I TOOK OFF FROM WORK FOR TO BE HOME) I decided to call around 9am to get a estimated time they would show up. Melanie said they had some "no water" calls that morning and were running behind. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and have them call me back later with a new time frame. Melanie calls back around 12pm saying that they got more "no water" calls and all the crews were working on those calls and they had to reschedule. Okay, I get that having no water is an issue. HOWEVER, you have SCHEDULED jobs....WEEKS IN ADVANCE. If I had a reservation at a restaurant I would get in before people that just walk in. Same concept. People that call in need to wait. Plain and simple. On the other hand, if I wasn't home and the company showed up to do work, they would be pissed (as I am now). Clearly, this company places priority on bigger jobs that bring in the most money. Forget if you have a scheduled job. If something better comes along you'll be pushed aside. Customer service DOES NOT EXIST here. The company needs to better prioritize their crews (if they even care to). Have a team focused on emergencies and one focused on SCHEDULED JOBS. I urge everyone to NOT USE this company. If you feel like wasting your entire day for them to reschedule the day of your appointment, then by all means call them up. I will be finding a different company that actually SHOWS UP
