AMAZING! My Well…read morePump stopped working... They showed up with 30 minutes (good luck) and Dennis had a crew out an hour later to replace the entire system. The quote they gave me was fair and honest, especially considering another company gave me a higher quote claiming the pump was underground. Dennis assured me the pump was NOT underground, a very honest admission that saved me hundreds of dollars, if not more! After some problems were discovered in the install process, Dennis and Water Dr worked with me to make the unexpected costs more reasonable. He then sent me a detailed invoice that included a warranty, easing any concerns I might have about future issues. He was positive and helpful throughout, answered all my questions and never seemed annoyed, rushed or frustrated by a first-time well-owning homeowner. Best way I can explain is just Honest, Fast, Affordable and Respectful I will absolutely be using Dennis and Water Dr for all of my well, pump, filter and water needs moving forward.

Have had issues with the whole house system since it's been installed (2022). When I tried getting…read morethe territory manager to come out back in Jan of 2023, he stopped corresponding so I figured I'd wait until our annual service in July. July comes around and I asked the person who came to service out RO to check out the house system, didn't say anything was wrong with it. I explained I've never had to add salt to the container and again said things looked fine. Had them come again this passed July (once again, never had to add salt in over a year), and the service guy says oh, yeah the water level is too high something doesn't seem to be working right. Takes water out and explains that the water level should stay the same and the salt should go down. Told me to give it a month and check. Well, it's been 3 weeks and when I checked there is only salt in the container, no water. Called them at 4:45p, waited on hold and left a message. Called again, selected the option to have them call me back. Called again a little after 5p since the website says they're opened until 5:30p and get an automated message saying theyre closed for the day. I'll be honest, I left two curt messages because this hasn't worked right since it's been installed but they have no problem charging my credit card hundreds of dollars to change one filter for my RO. If they can rectify the issue I will update but as of now I'm very unsatisfied with how things are being handled with this company.

I would not recommend. I am a real estate agent and contracted this company to install a radon…read moremitigation system in a home prior to closing based on a high radon level test during inspection. I met the company rep at the property and he quoted a system cost later that day after inspecting the basement and outside of the home. The system was installed two weeks later and the retest came back at more than double the level of the initial test. This company claims they have a warranty to fully cover any system modification to get the levels below 2.0. The company sent a crew back out twice and yesterday said that the slab is too thick for the system they installed, the hole the installers drilled is too narrow and the home is in a flood zone. We knew the home was in a flood zone, but this company never asked about that and did not do any due diligence prior to installation. They are refusing to honor their warranty and are now quoting a different system that is much more costly and will not apply the initial installation cost of their faulty install to the new system cost. As a real estate professional who frequently contracts for radon mitigation system installation, I cannot recommend this company.

I remember when you were a great company and honored your lifetime warrantees. Apparently that Culligan is gone - or at least it is for this franchise. As a follow up I spoke on the phone to several people at this franchise and went up the chain of command - each person telling me their supervisor would call me back. No one ever called me back.
