Went in to make a return in an item with my gift receipt and all of the tags still attached, and…read moreinstead of returning the item and providing a store credit, they refunded the credit card which was used to purchase the gift. If I had been the one to purchase the gift, this would have been completely fine. But since it was a gift to me, it looks as if I returned the persons gift and didn't want it. When I kindly asked for a store credit, 4 employees all told me that they couldn't do that and there was in fact nothing that they couldn't do. I was happy to make the return and get another item but was declined, and when I was frustrated with this, the staff rolled their eyes at me. I had only heard great things about this store, but after this experience, I'm feeling upset and just taken aback. For $31, they can make that exemption, given the gift receipt was given, the item was fully tagged up, and the intentions were good. Unhappy that this is my first negative review I'm writing.

Half of the stores were unfortunately closed! There were a fair amount of shoppers present. Half of the stores present are just your typical chain stores. The food court is bustling at least which happens to be conveniently right next door to the movie theater. Mall is well maintained with plenty of great amenities. Apparently, the transaction was inadvertently closed out, and then the shoes and socks were posted again. I saw the discrepancy (being charged twice for one pair of shoes) on my credit card statement, and called the store. I spoke with the store manager that researched this transaction electronic and with video tapes. What he found verified my recollection and the second charge was reversed. They also offered a store credit for my grandsons. I was glad they took the time to look into this and do the right thing. People can make mistakes. At the same time, purchasers are wise to check over their receipts and credit card statements.

First off, the staff.. Friendly enough, but they don't know what they're selling in some cases and the green ones just aren't trained properly. On one end, It's the kind of customer service that leaves you doubting your purchase the second you walk out; while on the other, you'll be happy enough. All is good enough to fit the norm and I would give it a high rating, but what really turned my head the other way, though, is the direction this store is heading. They quietly got rid of their firearms section, clearly as a political move to appeal to the mainstream.
