My son decided last minute (10 days before prom) that he was going so I felt I was never going to be able to get a tux in this short span of time. We were told we didn't need an appointment. Walked in. Store was very crowded. I was so pleasantly surprised that we were waited on immediately. They had unlimited options. Took my son's measurements. Super helpful. They gave him several different things to try on. In the end (a half hour max) we had everything ready to go. My son was able to pick the entire outfit up in 2 days. And a HUGE added bonus was the owner was at the high school the next morning from 11-12noon for me to drop tux off. That was super helpful. HIGHLY recommend this place

They had you wait at the door until they were ready for you. They had benches for those who were waiting. While I was waited, I had a friendly conversation with one of the employees. Everyone was friendly and worked quickly. We were from out of town so my boyfriend had called in his measurements. On the day of the pick - up , his pants were huge. Without hassle, they quickly got him another pair and made all adjustments necessary. Our friends jacket was big on him, but he too had a seamless experience. We were in and out!

Dropped off a jacket for a new zipper and was told to come back on a Tuesday. Came back Weds and it still wasn't done. Same for a couple of other alterations. Told they were coming back on Saturday...came in when I went back for the jacket and that stuff still wasn't done. Cleaners part is fine but the alterations get sent out and you never know when they'll be back.
