Once I arrived for pickup, I was directed by a cashier to the correct place, over in camping, she called over for me to verify my order was ready and I was greeted by two associates who walked me straight to my item for inspection and then offered to help me install it. I was very grateful for the help and said yes, I pulled my car right in front of the store and they were already walking out with it. Not only did they help me install it, they also showed me HOW to install it so I can do it myself in the future and also explained the features. Friendly, personal service that went above and beyond. Highly recommend. I wish I'd have asked for the employee names, because they really were great.

If you need advise on weapon selection, look elsewhere. They should remember sometimes customers come in a bit intimidated by the whole gun experience. I for one won't be going back. Its a shame really. I've lost track on how much I've spent here. My money and I deserves way better treatment than Cheyenne. You do to.

The pricing was very competitive and he was able to order and receive within 5 days. I did read some reviews prior to going to bullseye about "attitude". Chris has a stern but accommodating attitude, after all he is in the business of firearms and not Christmas trees and I respect it. I wouldn't want people clowning around making customers feeling unsafe. I was there for about an hour until the background check was completed and browsed the inventory and asked additional questions about different items. Chris is very knowledgable about firearms and provides straight forward reviews with a caveat "I will sell you whatever you want but this is my opinion.", almost like reading a review online but still having the ability to buy what you want. He is a firearms dealer, organizes/teaches weapon training courses, and is an avid shooter, so his opinion is based off of using the product not just reading a brochure. At the end of the day, I would go back and recommend others to go there as well.

They answered any question I had. They were very welcoming and joyful. They were cracking jokes like I've known them for years. Every single person on shift was fantastic. Secondly, I was scoping around bucks county for a gun store with reasonable prices as well as a decent selection. And I must say Tanners has some of the best prices around and a pretty wide variety. I will say, there is an occasional firearm I believe is over priced. But having 9/10 firearms being relatively cheap is a solid deal. Gotta give em props for that. Thirdly, and lastly. They didn't bombard me as I perused their selection. I walked in, they welcomed me, and that was it. They were also jovial with the people I was companioned with. And the entire process for purchasing was clean, straight forward, and quick. I genuinely cannot recommend these guys enough. This may have been my first real time here. But it most definitely will not be the last.
