Second one was for patio. Very heavy with liner to keep cold out. Again, came back with two pleats ruined, severely wrinkled, and shrunk fabric 3" above liner. In both cases, they never said anything hoping I wouldn't noticed. Had to take to seamstress to repair as best possible. Although they gave me a cleaning refund for the patio, they destroyed the drapes (about $1,700) Most upsetting is that they didn't even admit to it in either case. Very disappointed in the deception the most. It was very obvious that these were very good quality drapes and absolutely no care was taken in handling them. They make you sign a waiver, which most places do, but it looked like a Rottweiler handled these. One would expect better care and honesty with customers instead of trying to pass off their incompetence and mistakes.

The owners in an empty store said they couldn't hem the jeans because they were wrinkled. They were not nice about it and acted very strangely. I guess having an empty store is their preference? Not sure why you couldn't hem jeans because I just washed them and they were wrinkled? I asked them if they could press them then, and they said no. I initially thought it was due to age of short but after my new shirt came back with a scuffed collar I realized it must be how they clean shirts. When showing them the same brand shirt that was older without any damage they continued to argue and would not offer any solution to make things right. Stay away! I dry clean my winter coat each spring, so it's ready for the winter season. I had to bring it in again, because food oil was spilled on it (lol), and he was able to get it out in just a few days - good thing, since it's so cold now, ugh. Anyway, ignore those 2015 reviews, give 'em a shot if you haven't yet. Solid place, quick turnaround. Nice people.

When I got home I was shocked with how bad the stitch job was. The more I looked the worse it was. This type of fabric shows every screw up so trying to fix it will never look right. I explained this to the man who answered the phone when I called and he insisted I brought it back for them to fix. Honestly, I really didn't trust they would do that much of a better job when they thought it was okay to give the jacket to me like this in the first place. I said I'd prefer a refund but he said they did not do refunds. He was incredibly rude. He even said "ohhh maaa god". He yells at me and tells me not to sue him and I told him I'm not trying to sue him I just want a refund. Weird that he jumped to that right away. Must have happened to him before. I would highly not recommend to get anything altered here and just be aware that if anything goes wrong, you'll find yourself in an argument with this very unprofessional guy. I paid $49 for this by the way. Loose hanging threads and unfinished ends that were not properly fastened off and destroyed fabric. Very messy.

I went in on a morning when no one else was there. I asked for pants to be hemmed and asked if I could have them by end of day. He took 30 seconds to think of an excuse that is believable and he told me no. His excuse was "the machine isn't available" on Mondays. In the past I have made the same exact request from the wife and she always accepts the business and applies an additional charge which has always been fine with me.
