What a cute and beautifully curated pet food and supplement shop! I found items not sold online, along with new food options for both my dog and cats. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have events on Saturdays, such as mobile pup cup carts and adoption days. read more

Great product selection. Health items you won't find in chain pet stores, and very helpful people! They have good sales as well.

Great store! So many options for fresh food and treats. We have been getting our 18.5 year old shih-tzu the cbd oil since last April for his back legs and his seizures. He has not had a seizure since then. The owner is so friendly and very helpful. I even stopped getting farmers dog in the mail because she has even better options. read more

The best place to spoil your babies! I just left and had to leave a review! I have left two reviews in my life and this one is necessary! This mother and daughter owned store is adorable, but also so great with their variety and prices. I overheard the owner telling a customer they don't sell anything with corn, soy, and byproducts and that's music to my ears as the mom of a very allergy prone pitty. The daughter helped me find everything I needed and more, she even tossed in some allergy safe samples for my girl. I live across town and will be making the drive just for them! read more

Always learning new cat foods new food my little tabby loves Great friendly staff and always surprise samples to try Thanks for all your suggestions read more

I have been going here since I moved to Vegas in August of 2020 and it's the only pet supply store I trust because of Kim's knowledge and research behind the label of every product she sells. I am greeted with a warm smile every time and she knows my dog and I like family. read more

My dog loves the fish skin sticks so I was happy to know it's so close to home. The owner, Kim was super nice and recommended something I needed for my dog. read more

Kim and her store deserve way more than 5 stars! My mom and I have come here for years for dog food, treats, and hell even just for our pups to say hi to her. My two dogs normally don't have trigger words but when I tell them let's go see Kim they run for the car. Kim is super knowledgeable and being kind hearted. My dog Sharkbait was very ill and needed surgery. Kim was there to comfort and offer ideas for food and helped make sure I could afford it. She remembers all of our dogs names and if we need a certain food she offers to buy and hold if needed. Honestly I wish I could truly say how much we love Kim, her daughter, and her store but no amount of words can do that. read more

Amazing staff at the Wagging Tail! They are very pleasant and knowledgeable. The store location next to Smith's is very convenient.

My cat, Buk, and I stopped by this wonderful shop today to have a meeting to begin his journey as a therapy pet. A major part of being a therapy pet is walking on a leash. A major part of walking on a leash is wearing a harness. Buk's existing harness didn't fit him too well and it wasn't breathable. Kim, the owner, was wonderful! She was incredibly helpful in finding a harness that was comfortable and well-fitted. She switched him in and out of several harnesses until we all agreed that he was happiest (and handsomest) in a beautiful beige plaid number. Buk is much more comfortable wearing and walking around in his new harness and I'm certain that it'll be an excellent accessory for all of his future therapy pet adventures! Buk and I will certainly be returning to purchase more accessories and treats! The selection and customer service are unbeatable! read more

The Wagging Tail - Examining some dog treats - Pet Stores Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Fromm dog food is not that easy to find. You cannot go to Petsmart or Petco to get it. You must go to a special pet supply store for that and I did not know that I would find it at a store in the current state of the world where everything is closed. Here we have The Wagging Tail and I highly recommend this place. Not only do they carry Fromm dog food, but the owner is very knowledgable about her dog food. I learned a lot about my dog's favorite food. Fromm has integrity and pride in their product. They really do not put junk in their dog food. There is so much more in here. I wanted to check everything out, but of course I was on a schedule. If there is anything else Bonnie needs I will definately return. I like a pet store that knows what they are doing. read more

I have come in here for a few years to get CBD oils for my two dogs, one suffers from separation anxiety and the other is older and had bad hips... I came in and talked with the owner and she directed me to try the CBD oil, I purchased one 200 ml bottle, I give 1/2 a dose to my two small dogs every day and they are so much happier. The owners of the store also assisted us when we told them we were moving to hawaii and helped us get what we needed for our two little ones to be comfortable on the flight and set up an online ordering to call and get the CBD when we need it for them. They have excellent food, always fresh, treats are the best for the pups and the toys are excellent. I love that the owner knows about every product in her shop and it helps when you go in confused about what you need. Thank you for all you help!!! read more

The owner is more than helpful, is quite knowledgeable, and offers many suggestions when asked.

The sweetest owner ever! She was so friendly and welcoming when I first walked thru the door. I was shocked to see how much stuff was in the store despite its exterior being small. I got some treats for my dogs and it was having a sale and I didn't have an email with them so she used her own to make sure I can get the deal. But she was so lovely and was so happy to assist me and explain to me how the monthly newsletter go about and how the loyalty system works. I will definitely come back to grab more treats and shop here for my dog food! read more

Oh, The Wagging Tail, how I love thee! I have a cat with some GI issues. For years, nothing has worked. Over time, Kim worked with me to suggest and try different products, and behold - he has no issues now! Both my cats are also picky eaters, but they have loved everything Kim has suggested. And I just love coming into the store; you can tell they are passionate about animals and keeping them healthy and happy. As a small business, they are absolutely dedicated to the Las Vegas community. I'm so glad these guys are close to our house. The good quality food suppliers that work with Wagging Tail have great incentives like loyalty points, free samples, etc. I love supporting them knowing I'm giving my cats a better quality of food. If you are looking for something they don't stock, please ask, and they will get it for you. Support Vegas small businesses! Support the Wagging Tail! read more

I have three very picky cats of all different ages, and she helped me pick out various types of food she thought they would like. She gave me a bunch of samples for my cats to try too! Kim was very helpful, courteous and provided great service! I signed up for the rewards program as well! Highly recommend! :) read more

Before visiting this store, we first phoned and spoke to Kim, the Owner of the store. She was very knowledgeable about the high quality food products she carried. Upon arriving at the store Kim and her husband both greeted us and they both bent over backwards to answer all our questions. Eventually, we ended up buying a top quality collar and custom ID tag that was made in Italy. We are very happy with the purchases and highly recommend this place if you are looking for personalized, caring, friendly service. read more

The Wagging Tail is a local, family owed pet store. They carry a great variety of healthy and one ingredient treats you won't find at the big, national chains. They also carry difficult to find pre-made raw formula pet foods like Primal and Answers. Kim, the owner, is most helpful and knowledgeable. She really cares about your pet and providing the best product to match your needs. She even gave me a discount of which I was not aware. If you want to provide healthy snacks for your dog, with super friendly service check out this place. They also carry toys, leashes and other pet accessories. read more

We love this place so much! It is a family owned business, and they couldn't be any nicer. Aside from how personable they are, they only carry the best products. I can tell they carefully research what they keep on the shelves. When we want to buy treats for our boxer, we can trust they have the best. (Not the kind I have to worry about with poison and toxins) Please support local, it is worth every penny to me and my family. Nothing but the best for our Mildred! Keep up the great work! read more

I walked into this cute little boutique puppy store, the only person working sees me and doesn't say anything. A white guy comes in literally right behind me and she looks and says and asks what he's looking for and how she can help him. I walked around for 7-10 mins looking for products and she saw me several times and never said anything. How would you feel? Giving it two stars because of the service. However, they did seem to have a nice amount of products there for a smaller store. read more
