The cook cooking it was overwhelmed with orders at the time since 4 separate groups ordered. The food seems to be reheated and not cooked specific to our order, yet they did use the grill and fryer, which is positive. It took some time to to get the order and was as dismal as feared it might be. Poutine didn't have much flavor yet everything was there. The peanut butter cup ice cream sandwich was totally obliterated, squashed beyond belief. On a positive note at least they apologized. Food itself Ambiance is book better than subway, subway may have a leg up. I left a tip and really wish didn't leave one, am abysmal experience and nothing close to what I expected, not at all close. But right after we placed our order, any hint of service ceased. We ordered, as pictured below, 2 salads. SALADS. Nothing else and it took nearly an hour to get our food. Our server, throughout this 50 minute period, did not check on us once. We finally had enough and asked, only to be met with a dismissive "your food should be out in a minute." A different lady, possibly a manager or supervisor, brought out our food and had the audacity to stop and chat with one of the other servers, while holding our hour-long salads. As you can see in the picture, the toast that came with one salad was burnt. My steak, which I ordered as medium, was overseasoned and overcooked. The lady who brought out our food was the one who finally noticed that we were out of water and brought a pitcher over. She and the server then proceeded to check on us 4 different times, seemingly out of guilt, but never acknowledged what happened. I fully understand that mistakes and breakdown in communication happen, but at least have the decency to acknowledge it and apologize. I chose not to make a scene because other patrons in the restaurant do not deserve to be disturbed. No service equals no tip seems only fair.

So I place my order, hit the "Redeem" button on my app, and I have 60 seconds to show them a number on my screen to get the deal. But the guy making my sub won't look at it - he says "wait until you get to the till and show the cashier". Meanwhile the clock is ticking....60 seconds pass and the code on my phone disappears. It's gone. I check all the screens and it isn't saved. After 60 seconds - gone. I say to the guy "Uh....my deal code is gone now. What do I do now?". The app doesn't allow you to get a new code - once you use it it's gone. Long story short, no deal for me. I guess my one star review isn't for the food, because I like Quizno's subs. My low review is for the employees at this location bumbling and not knowing how to use a restaurant-supported app. So I paid full price, and got no deal (the deal was the only reason why I went there). The Dirty Dog had smoked meat piled on along with cheese. I added banana peppers for a little extra kick. My daughter had mustard and loaded her dog with pickles. Lully definitely appreciates his customers, he had a soft spot for organ donars and kids as long as you don't put ketchup on your dog. The hours can be random so check the lullys facebook or call ahead. Theres "indoor" and outdoor seating. Lully has music playing which drowns out the car noise from the lot and road. We'll definitely be back as my daughter has higher standards for hot dogs the ones I grill won't live up to lullys

My husband's 1/2 rack of ribs was the smallest that I've ever seen. The ribs were not very meaty and there were 6 ribs maximum on the order. I would guess that it was on 6 or 8 oz. of meat covered in what tasted like a bottled barbecue sauce. We had to ask for silverware. I had a can of pop and had to ask for a glass to drink it in. She disappeared and never came out with the glass. I went to the kitchen and asked them for a glass. My husband asked for a refill on the coffee and after waiting l0 minutes I got up and started towards the Kitchen to get the coffee. Our waitress finally appeared with the coffee at this time. It's unfortunate because the breakfasts are good but to spend 1 1/2 hrs for dinner at a diner is unacceptable. My husband told our server that we were very disappointed in the level of service and explained that he was not leaving a tip because we received no service.
