Budtender was nice, but tell me why they have 3 people at the check in and one budtender on the actual line (he was training someone so technically two people, but the guy being trained was doing nothing). There was no one else in the dispensary, like y'all don't need that many people up front. Prices are the worst in the area and I shopped every menu in a 15 mile radius of Naperville before coming. I was originally headed to Bisa Lina, but the line there had 50 people and I didn't want to wait. Now I wish I had. Don't come here, Bisa Lina way better in terms of cost and selection. Like please go anywhere else than this place.

Everytime I go in, I'm greeted with a smile and nothing but genuine people. It is also well decorated - I would hangout there and work if they allowed it. There was an incident where a drunk man came in on a Saturday evening and they handled it so discreetly. Additionally , I ended up w a defective product and I was told to email the help box. I got a prompt response and was approved for a replacement product. That was something I had not expected and made me love them more. Overall 5 out of 5 without hesitation.

It just opened this year, but I'm on track to spend probably 4k dollars here this year. Honestly;…read moreit feels like I've gotten more than my monies worth out of it. The staff is always helpful, very nice, very friendly. I'm kind of a curmudgeonly Shrek by nature, but almost every time I find myself engaging with whoever's helping me. Sign of a good team and good hiring; so that's appreciated. The first couple of times I went the persons helping me always commented on how "good" everything I got was; which seemed standard selling hype to me; but then they mentioned the THCv in an item I had bought. I had bought it for that reason but didn't say that. I had sort of assumed they mindlessly said "this is good" to everything - working in sales that's what you do! Nope, this person knew what I was getting; and it's been the same with every person since. The deals are almost always good. There are downtimes where they may not have the best deal on something; but for every 5 trips here I may have to go somewhere else once. It's been nice having a dispensary where it feels like I'm able to take advantage of their reward program; and that's based on the selection too which is massive. I almost always order ahead; but they've always been amenable if I've needed or wanted to make a change or addition. I'm a power buyer and a power user, I consume way too much for my own good most likely; and I am also very interested in saving as much money as possible. That's possible here, and it's nice. For the price? The variety? The service? 420/10.

This business keeps negative notes on their customers profiles based on how they "feel" your…read moreinteraction with them is. Once we met a employee here welcoming my girlfriend and I to check out the free stickers, we used to go all the time.. then the next time we went a guy busted out the door and called out my girl by her name saying she's on camera and she can't go lookin for free stuff. The next time we go, I kid you not, the manager busted through a door when we were there and straight up told us there was a note against us. Just over a free sticker. We told him we know already, and we're disgusted to hear they have notes like 'write ups' on their customers. The manager apologizes that he brought it up and gives us a free pre roll for harassing us again. ( BUT was the note ever deleted?) next time we go in the original employee who yelled at us greets us at the door and tells us that because my id has a little damage that he's going to "start giving us a harder time " about it... We get checked in and the dude holds my ID at the register. He raises his arm with my ID in the air... I say dude I got another ID in perfect condition just use this one. Dude takes both my id... holding them both from me without my consent, OK This guy is not law enforcement. He cannot detain my iDs without my consent. And he calls over his manager. The same manager who gave us a pre roll before.. I say ' hey he's now got 2 forms of my identification and he's bugging you now.. can I please just buy something now .?" And the manager says ooh sure! And as I'm handing over my cash the manager whispers to our cashier " talk to me in the office once your done here" So then 4 days later I go to send my girlfriend in for a new purchase and they tell her that she's BANNED. And I'm BANNED to. when the employee had BOTH my ID in HIS raised arm and the manager is Busting out the door a second time towards us, apparently his first thoughts was to bann us both because he "felt I raised my voice" in this situation.. When I literally said " can I please just buy something now?" Pretty much right off the bat. My girlfriend, realizing that she's now banned for no reason, calls aura light and they put the manager on the phone. she says, "what did I do?" And he emails her an attachment with vague descriptions saying Harassment, harassment.. (no real explanation) from random days were we looked or were reminded to not look... for Free stickers. All we ever did was get yelled at for looking for Free stickers, that advertise Their brands. We were totally into Aura light.. but watch them, they don't treat you like a guest. They may apologize to your face and distract you with a preroll gift but their notes and their ability to Bann you 4 days later still remains. Try Market 96, friends.
