    I did get my product a week after I ordered it. BUT…read more.. Almost certain that this place stole my credit card information. This was only place I used my card online in the past few months. Bought a product in June and received fraud alert on my card today in October. They did let me know they use paypal and don't have access to payment details so yea. I did get my product at a deal, decently fast shipping but still curious about my card

(I don't receive it) Oh, what? You like to ignore all emails? Oh, what? Your phone lines are so "busy"? That I might believe - bc so many people are trying to cancel. Oh, what? You'll process my order cancellation? And send me the confirmation . TODAY? ... (I don't receive it) The only thing you guys managed to do is waste your time.. and lose a lot of clientele. The WORST service I've ever had in the States. --edit 8/2013 The brian guy that works there is full of empty promises. He "sent" a money order to me. oh what a surprise I never got it. He'll wire the money. doesn't get enough information. When I reach him again, he said he'll talk to the finance person. Of course he doesn't. Then he tells me later that she's pregnant or having a baby so he couldn't do it. I try reaching him again and finally when I do, he said he can't transfer funds online so he'll send a check. He sends me the UPS tracking but of course he never sends the check. It's been over a week since he said he'll send the check but UPS still hasn't received it. I was going to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau, but of course THEY'RE NOT ACCREDITED.. Methinks not.

I had one of the most upsetting and disrespectful experiences at this location on Thursday, July 17th around 7:51 PM. I came in on my work break to pick up just two items: a plant-based Italian beef and an avocado that was clearly placed in the section marked "4 for $5." However, it rang up as $2.99. What followed was nearly 20 minutes of frustration and poor treatment. A young cashier delayed helping me, questioned me about the price in a condescending tone, and then called a manager who treated me even worse. Not only did the manager refuse to honor the price I saw posted, but he also accused me of switching the avocado sticker--a claim that was extremely offensive and baseless. I offered for them to review the security footage, and they refused. I felt racially profiled and disrespected over a simple produce item. As a Black woman, I can't ignore how I was treated in comparison to how I've seen other customers treated here. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to this store. I hope management will address how they treat customers with more respect and dignity going forward.
