I talked to who I assume was the owner, who was very friendly and had a lot of information on what I was asking about. However, when I was shopping, I was then followed by that same man for almost the whole time I was shopping. He would just stand there and move around to exactly where I went and it made it a very awkward time that I almost just wanted to leave. Then when he was gone, was being watched by 3 other employees, one of which seemed like she was gossiping about me or my partner. She would be staring at me or him and then turn around when we looked over. She also went to her coworker and whispered something and then very obviously the other coworker walked past us and looked directly at us almost laughing. I just felt very uncomfortable here which was very disappointing because it was a very awesome store.

I have been buying products from this store for the last couple of years started out with…read morecigarettes then it went to vapes. I went in the other day purchased three vapes one of them. I did not like the style the brand so I wanted to return it did not open the box. It was probably 3 to 5 days later And they would not return it. My dumbass bought another vape while I was there because I needed one, but I'll never go back again. I was willing to purchase additional products when they were going to return it but they decided not to. They just lost a customer forever over 20 bucks. Doesn't make sense to me.

Went home and couldn't even set it up watching videos on YouTube. Went back the same day and a guy there was able to set it up for me. Went to use and it doesn't work. Went back again and they put a new coil in, couldn't really try it because the coil needed to prime. Went to try it later and still not working, obviously defective. Took it back again and was told they don't do refunds. Left my number for the owner to call me back, told the girl a credit for vape juice would even work. Just didn't want to be out $100 for a defective vape device. I was never called back. Didn't do anything to this device, had them set it up for me. Why they think this is ok astounds me. Will never ever go there again!!!!
