Great store low prices. 2423 katy Freeway. Ask for Dani. She helped me find everything I needed. Very pleasant and super personality.

Everytime I go to this store the empmoyees are always very knowledgeable & helpful. Also I appreciate the good quality of The Vitamin Shoppe's products as well as the large variety of other brands. read more

I would have bought something but out of three staff members one was looking at her cellphone, one was helping the only other customers in the store beside me and my daughter (who also wanted to buy some items) and the last one was sitting at the computer. After waiting 15 minutes we left. What has happened to customer service? read more

I've been to this Vitamin Shoppe location about 2 or 3 times and I have not had any issues on any of my visits. Whenever I had a question about a product, somebody was there to answer my questions. There's a rewards program, but I don't spend enough to have seen a difference. read more

Sam and his colleague were very knowledgeable about the products in the store. Thank you for directing us in the right places and letting us know about your curbside online deals. I will be coming back for more products!!! read more

Great location I typically go to non-commercial supplement stores for more niche products, but their deals on Redcon1 buy one get one free is too good to pass up. I've resupplied here three times within the past 2 months. Sam up there has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable in their selection. If your a supplement noobie he would be great source of information. I dont know the other staff by name, but they all seem to have great attitudes and dont act like elitists. read more

Many years ago, I used to order herbs and supplements from www.vitaminshoppe.com. Their prices were hard to beat, and at the time, they only charged $4.95 for shipping anywhere in the US. Now I probably spend $4.95 on the gas to drive to the store, but there's just something about getting what I want when I want it, ya know? The prices are still hard to beat, and the selection is varied. Staff is wonderfully helpful, and didn't blink an eye when I hit a cop car in front of their store (long story short, I got pulled over for my inspection sticker, became nervous and forgot that my parking brake was faulty, thus rolling back into said cop car-it all worked out though). They are friendly and somewhat knowledgeable, and they are always willing to call other stores if I don't find what I need. Which leads me to the missing star: they are constantly running out of my favorite stevia. I realize it's popular, but so should the person who does the orders, and s/he should adjust accordingly. Other than that, great service, no complaints! read more

I usually don't leave reviews but after my shopping experience was so phenomenal I felt like I had to! Sam was so extremely knowledgeable with all of my fitness and wellness needs! His customer service skills were some that are hard to find these days. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to this particular location for their supplement needs. Awesome job Sam, you've earned a customer for life! read more

Inexpensive protein products and lots of items on sale. I buy ready-made protein drinks here at $3.00 per can (case price), virtually every other place in Houston wants $4.50+ per can. read more

Went here for the first time to buy coconut aminos, which I can't find anywhere else. Got a bright idea to search on Coconut Secret's website to see where their products are sold, and realized that there's a Vitamin Shoppe within a mile of my house. So I found the coconut aminos pretty easily, along with a woman's multi-vitamin and organic ground flaxseed. Found that the ground flaxseed is a few dollars cheaper at HEB for the same amount...now I know! But they seem to have a great selection of products, and the guy at the register was very friendly when he rang me up. read more

Great staff and usually better pricing than any other chains. Before they built this location I was a mail order customer for years. I've never had a problem with any of the staff members and have always found them to be knowledgeable and helpful. Besides all the supplement options here, this particular location is in the same shopping center as Sprouts and almost always beats them tremendously on pricing. They will also honor any of their own online or email coupons as well. And another thing I get at Vitamin Shoppe are the natural soaps, deodorants, and other toiletries. They always seem to have them in stock when Target across the street is out. (Of course now that I've pointed this out, more people may come here.) No matter, Vitamin Shoppe is a great chain and I hope more people continue to use it. I read an article that the health supplement chains were in danger to online stores and I really like this company. So shop here and check it out. read more

I really enjoy coming into this place. It's nice to see a staff that is there for a long time and also is very knowledgable with the products. I also love their little discount table, you never know what you will find! The store is always clean and properly stocked. All things health, you can probably find it here. From vitamins to shampoos and soaps to some really great teas, you should be able to find everything here that is on your better health list! read more

Worst place I've ever been to buy protein powder. My boyfriend and I came into this store and not one employee greeted us, and It wasn't even busy. We waited for someone to say something for about five minutes, but everyone was conveniently busy enough for us not to approach them! Y'all are wonder why nothing is selling, work on the customer service; FIRE the employees making you lose potential customers. We won't step foot in this place ever again. read more

Loved this place ! The customer service was extremely nice and informative. There's such a huge variety of supplements, so you definitely have more to chose from :) read more

My first time shopping supplements and vitamins besides at grocery stores and by far one of the best personal experiences I have had with staff, cleanliness and selection/presentation. Staff were so knowledgeable, seemed as if I were talking to naturopath doctors. Great priced items even better than Amazon, will definitely return again! read more

There's always a delay in them opening on the weekends. It's very disappointing, especially when you have a set schedule for your to do list. 5 maybe 10 mins fine but 30 mines is never acceptable in business. I waited with four customers for the 3rd time in 3 months. read more

Been there more than one time and never had any issues. Was always greeted at the door and was always asked if I needed help for anything. All my questions were answered as needed. Happy to know there's one close to where I live. Just wished they had more coupons though for in store purchases. read more

This is by far my favorite place to spend idle time. From Sam, Gilbert, Paula and Adam , they are ALL great. Even when i myself am being unreasonable and overly anxious. They keep me ground. Health is becoming more and more the topic in our culture and place like these are becoming one of the first lines of defense. The in depth knowledge and passion with which they help is amazing. I generally refer people to this specific place. No matter the season ,reason or need my family at this location is always there to assist with educated guideance. I cant say enough about what this place has meant to me on my journey in transforming my well being in every aspect.
