I developed a sudden abdominal infection in a previous surgery site and lacked the packing strips. This is the closest medical supply store so I thought I'd give it a try. Since I moved the medical supply store I normally visit is now 20 miles away in Houston. This store is small but friendly. Dusty and cramped so unfortunately gives it a hoarder kinda feeling when you walk in. The cashier is friendly and informative, which is nice. Price wise I was not happy. They ran out of the packing strip size I wanted and I had to go with the next size up which was $10. I was desperate and went ahead and bought it. Then, I went home and ordered 3 bottles (that's the minimum they came in) of the actual size I wanted for $6 thru Amazon. 1 bottle for $10 in store vs. 3 bottles online, 2 day delivery. I like supporting mom and pop stores but Amazon surely does make it hard to resist. read more

My 76 yr old Aunt was released from the hospital with an ankle in an external stabilizer apparatus for a severe ankle fracture and with no orders from her Dr. for medical supplies. After calling a number of places in our area for help, no one would do business with us without orders for Medicare, despite the fact we were willing to pay out of pocket - except GENERATIONS MEDICAL SUPPLY. The owner Vish answered the phone early on Saturday before hours and agreed to help. He personally loaded up a hospital bed and other supplies and brought them out to her house in Needville. He brought the bed in, put it together and then showed us how everything worked. He is attentive and kind. We are so very grateful for his willingness to help when no one else would. One evening, I was searching for every medical supply store in the Sugar Land area, Generations was the only store who answered promptly and accommodated me in a very timely matter. I come from a family background of nurses and physicians... therefore seeing how knowledgeable the owner had been when I was looking for a walker and other equipment for grandmother of 94 years of age really impressed. So, the owner keeps messaging me to change my review so I am changing it. Be aware that, not only is this guy a liar but he will also stalk you to try to change your review of his business. If he isn't a liar then he doesn't know his products. He says he has great products. I'm sure he does but he needs to listen to what people are asking for when they are requesting something specific and not try to pass off some "almost the same" merchandise. Not only did he not have an item that was advertised on his web page, he lied about what he actually had in inventory when I asked about a specific item. I then had to drive 30 minutes each way only to discover he was trying to pull a bait and switch. It was also much more expensive than other places near me that sell the same undesirable item. Sir - Keep messaging me and I will file harassment charges. You lied and I didn't like it. Get over yourself and stop trying to "fix it" by messaging me. The gentleman I dealt with over the phone was knowledgable and helpful and I feel like he went above and beyond by delivering the walker to my elderly parents' home himself...the same day!! This place deserves zero stars, but had to use one to post. My husband went in to get the tubing for my oxygen machine, hand sanitizer, disposable masks, and gloves. He paid over $100 for stuff that should have been around $50. The person behind the counter, I don't know if it was the owner, gave some lame excuse that they have to buy from another seller. Then did not give my husband an itemized receipt! He didn't want proof of his price gouging!! Never using them again!! read more

This place is great they have the cheapest prices in the whole city. They had everything I needed on short demand while dealing with my insurance and the medical supplies company to get my order sent to me before I run out of my much needed supplies. I didn't want anymore medical cost but this place gave me the Peace of mind with there low prices. Other places I called where Plane highway robbery.
