They were here less than 10 minutes, according to my secretary. Just received a service charge for $299.00. Called to dispute and said they could reduce the charge by 1/2. I told them I would not pay. They did not leave an invoice or any information about what it would take to bring to code. Horrible way to do business!

They came on time (really great since it was a three hour drive from Houston) and had the chair installed in no time. Another company came out, took a $2500 deposit to order equipment then never came back. Mike from Dynamic came out on Wednesday after I called on Tuesday, he replaced a capacitor and the elevator was running like new. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need--in fact, recommended than I change the hydraulic fluid, and told me what to do if I wanted to do it myself. My wife and I have been stressed out for months trying to get this fixed. It was a great relief to have an honest and competent serviceman finally solve our problem.

Our Residential Elevator was installed over 10 years ago. The operation and function has been…read moresatisfactory; expected maintenance is acceptable. However, I am truly disappointed, that after years of maintaining a Service Agreement with Residential Elevator, I am informed they have discontinued renewing their Service Agreements. With an older elevator, I am now faced with higher service and parts cost whenever i need service. Again, I do not have an issue with their product or service technicians. I DO HAVE AN ISSUE, THAT AFTER PURCHASING THEIR PRODUCT, THEY CHANGE THE RULES AFTER MY EQUIPMENT IS AGED AND I AM FORCED TO ASSUME HIGHER ANTICIPATED COST TO MAINTAIN.
