They were on time for every appointment, including the installation, and worked quickly and cleanly. We are delighted with everything they did and provided for us and would highly recommend them for future work. Their pricing was lower than several competitors. Their show room is well stocked with a variety of mobility and independent aids. The first encounter was great, which led to the second encounter. On the second encounter I rented an electric scooter for an out of town trip. Unfortunately, the scooter was unusable, because it wouldn't stay charged. I was unable to participate with my family for my Grandson's 10th birthday. I returned the scooter and explained what happened. They tested and said it had a faulty charger and apologized. At no point was I offered a refund, only a credit to use at a later date. I opted to use the credit on a shower bench which I needed. The shower bench was a bit wobbly in the store, and I was told in the shower the suction cups would stabilize. This wasn't true. On the third use, it collapsed, leaving me to catch myself. Horrifying for me! I called a couple months after the purchase, and explained, only to be told all bath item sales are final, and it was over 30 days. My issue is that the customer should be made aware of this. So this is twice customer service is lacking. Unfortunately, the poor service over $50.00, has lost the opportunity for $1500.00+, along with future scooter rentals. Be warned, look for their warranty information or understand you are stuck with your purchase even if faulty. Bath equipment or not!

I got online - not at Amazon but a normal place - and showed her she was charged twice as much. I went to the location and the owner refused to accept a return, even though the item was not used and still in its complete packaging. I stated that this was poor business practice. The owner was then abusive and followed me out of the store filming me and then filming my car. God's honest truth: I did not raise my voice and only said this was not an honest business practice.
