I returned recently and noticed he is no longer there, and unfortunately, the difference in service was significant. The staff member I interacted with was not welcoming or engaging. I felt more like an inconvenience than a customer. In a market where dispensaries are everywhere, customer service is what sets a business apart--and this experience fell well short. Additionally, the lack of product visibility is disappointing. There's nothing displayed, only items listed on a chalkboard. Customers want to see and understand what they're purchasing, not just hear it called out from behind the counter. Given the decline in service and the increased competition nearby, including a new medical dispensary next door, I don't plan to return. I hope they take steps to improve, because the potential is there--but right now, the experience doesn't match the standard customers expect.
