This was my first experience with this place and I am satisfied. I originally called with a couple questions and they answered right away and were delightful and knowledgeable. They have a first time customer program that gives you 25% off your first 3 orders, the only catch is that they don't stack discounts. No problem as the products I was getting were already 45% off. So my 25% gets saved and used at a following visit if my choices aren't at least 25% off. I was politely greeted upon entry. I waited in a quick line for maybe 3 minutes before being served. The grabbed my order and rang me up. That's it! Super quick and satisfied. Will definitely be back. As I mentioned earlier they have a great new customer offer. Once we met a employee here welcoming my girlfriend and I to check out the free stickers, we used to go all the time.. then the next time we went a guy busted out the door and called out my girl by her name saying she's on camera and she can't go lookin for free stuff. The next time we go, I kid you not, the manager busted through a door when we were there and straight up told us there was a note against us. Just over a free sticker. We told him we know already, and we're disgusted to hear they have notes like 'write ups' on their customers. The manager apologizes that he brought it up and gives us a free pre roll for harassing us again. ( BUT was the note ever deleted?) next time we go in the original employee who yelled at us greets us at the door and tells us that because my id has a little damage that he's going to "start giving us a harder time " about it... We get checked in and the dude holds my ID at the register. He raises his arm with my ID in the air... I say dude I got another ID in perfect condition just use this one. Dude takes both my id... holding them both from me without my consent, OK This guy is not law enforcement. He cannot detain my iDs without my consent. And he calls over his manager. The same manager who gave us a pre roll before.. I say ' hey he's now got 2 forms of my identification and he's bugging you now.. can I please just buy something now .?" And the manager says ooh sure! And as I'm handing over my cash the manager whispers to our cashier " talk to me in the office once your done here" So then 4 days later I go to send my girlfriend in for a new purchase and they tell her that she's BANNED. And I'm BANNED to. when the employee had BOTH my ID in HIS raised arm and the manager is Busting out the door a second time towards us, apparently his first thoughts was to bann us both because he "felt I raised my voice" in this situation.. When I literally said " can I please just buy something now?" Pretty much right off the bat. My girlfriend, realizing that she's now banned for no reason, calls aura light and they put the manager on the phone. she says, "what did I do?" And he emails her an attachment with vague descriptions saying Harassment, harassment.. (no real explanation) from random days were we looked or were reminded to not look... for Free stickers. All we ever did was get yelled at for looking for Free stickers, that advertise Their brands. We were totally into Aura light.. but watch them, they don't treat you like a guest. Well, we thought about over lunch and just decided to just purchase a chair. Terri showed us the options and let us just try out the chairs on our own time. We never felt rushed. It was obviously more than we originally thought of doing, but we are sure we won't regret it in the future. The only thing that didn't make us happy, and why this isn't four stars, was the price tag. We picked the chair we liked best & thought the price was what was on the tag. There were options below the big price, like heat & massage, which were things that could be added to the base. Oh, but the material that the chair used was on that list (which we didn't realize because it was not a common name). It was not in the large number on the price tag and added $900 to the price. We didn't know this until we were checking out. We do not blame Terri for this, but the company that thought this was a good idea. The tag should have had the final price, before taxes & delivery not the base price if you could buy it off of the floor like we did.

The doorman did not welcome me, only asked if I med or rec and directed me to man in uniform. The security guard didn't make eye contact or say hello as he grabbed my ID and proceeded with the check in process. Overall, not a really warming start. Thankfully, that all changed as I got to the counter and was greeted by a very friendly budtender. He happily gathered my order and listed off what I was purchasing. I called ahead to see what types of incentives they have for new customers. Online it advertises a 25% off discount for new members and after calling I was informed this is applied to full priced items only, but there was a 10% stackable discount. I'm glad I mentioned it at the register because it did not automatically apply and manager's approval was needed - so if you visit on your first trip, don't forget to tell them. Overall, I think the prices were a little higher than the dispensaries around but I appreciated the extra 10%. However, we all know the deals are what drives a dispensary. what I noticed is they had about 20-30% off most products with deals on 2g carts. With those types of promotions and the fact I live nearby, I'll can definitely see myself returning.
