The only thing that didn't make us happy, and why this isn't four stars, was the price tag. We picked the chair we liked best & thought the price was what was on the tag. There were options below the big price, like heat & massage, which were things that could be added to the base. Oh, but the material that the chair used was on that list (which we didn't realize because it was not a common name). It was not in the large number on the price tag and added $900 to the price. We didn't know this until we were checking out. We do not blame Terri for this, but the company that thought this was a good idea. The tag should have had the final price, before taxes & delivery not the base price if you could buy it off of the floor like we did.
