I started treatment with pain levels around 7-9 out of 10, and after consistent care here, I'm now down to about a 3-4 and improving. They really take the time to listen and build a treatment plan that fits your needs. I never feel rushed, and the staff is always professional, friendly, and respectful. The clinic is clean, organized, and runs on time, which I appreciate. Most importantly, I feel like they genuinely care about my long-term health and quality of life, not just quick adjustments. This has made a big difference in my daily comfort and mobility. Highly recommend to fellow Veterans and anyone dealing with back or joint pain.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this office based on my experience, particularly because of the…read moreextremely poor customer service I received from the office manager. The office called me previously to let me know that my insurance needed an updated Coordination of Benefits. What they failed to tell me was that I also needed to have the claims reprocessed through my insurance. Had I been given that information upfront, I could have addressed the issue immediately. When I later tried to schedule another appointment, I was told that my insurance still had not processed the claim. I explained that I was willing to cash pay for the visit that day while the insurance issue was being resolved. Unfortunately, the office manager's response and attitude were completely unacceptable. I was not even given the opportunity to properly explain the situation or discuss a solution. I felt like I was being talked over rather than treated like a customer who was genuinely trying to resolve an insurance issue and continue receiving care. Insurance issues happen, and I completely understand that. What is unacceptable is the lack of communication and the way I was treated when I tried to find a reasonable solution. The office manager provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Good patient care should include good communication and respectful customer service, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
