Came on a rainy cold day so everyone was sitting inside. It was just two of us but they had much larger parties, like a bachelorette party. My first time visiting a winery and I loved it! My friend and I each got a flight to try a few different wines. Then I had to try my favorite type of wine, Sav Blanc, theirs is delicious! Barely any parking so try to car pool.

Me and my husband didn't have reservations but happy they had a spot for us nonetheless! The hostess/server who greeted us seemed overwhelmed and said they were real full but sat us somewhere and said we got lucky b/c someone was 39 mins late to their reservation but that we would have to leave if they came! It was raining so we took our chance! We had their signature flights w/c had 5 tastings, 2 white, 2 red and 1 rose! I'm not a fan of Riesling so I didn't even try it and their white tasted like cotton candy. Too sweet if you ask me! I did like the 2 reds A LOT! And my husband's fave was the rose! Inside was cute and outside was even cuter but since it was raining we couldn't sit outside and enjoy the view. Luckily we sat on couches near the window and enjoyed the view in the rain! They also have a private room for events! Cute vineyard recommend their reds if you don't like sweet wine like me!

Loved this vineyard! The place is decorated beautifully and it's so cozy inside. The wine flights were also great. They give a great pour and there's many different wines to choose from. Also, the little charcuteries were delicious and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel welcomed. Definitely recommend and can't wait to be back!

The vineyard is small, but cute both inside and outside. The decor is very modern and the outside deck overlooks the mountains. There are lots of different wines to taste from whites to reds to sparkling. The owner and server are very friendly and attentive. The only downside which could be a deal breaker for some people is the pricing. The prices for everything are steep. The cheapest bottle of wine goes for $30. The cheese and charcuterie boards were also overpriced at $18 a piece for a small box and were the only options for snacks. I went here for my birthday, but would not make this a regular place because of pricing so keep that in mind.

We had an amazing experience thanks to Rick! His wine knowledge is unmatched and gave us a full Rundown of the flights with skill. Rick really helped educate us about local Wine and food. He even had good restaurant recs for after the tasting. 5/5 for me and we'll be back!

Had an amazing time here. Awesome cheese: NY Gouda!! Go figure. Make sure you find Rick. He's very hospitable and showed my friends and I a great time! I highly recommend this vineyard. Oh, btw try the Martha Clara Malbec. It tastes amazing.

Spending Father's Day in the Catskills, my wife and I wanted to find something fun to do in the area. Naturally we were looking to gravitate towards some alcohol and this vineyard popped up on our radar. We came on a Sunday and was a little worried since we did not know you had to have reservations prior. Luckily there were a tables opened and we were able to be seated. The interior is beautiful with some retro decor. There are plenty of outside seating with shade as well. We did the 8 tap tour and cheese plate. The cheese plate was really tasty, I personally thought it was great value. The wine selection and beers were delicious. Our favorite was the wolffer rose cider. We liked it so much we even got a growler to go. Our server Ian was awesome. Not only was he extremely friendly, but definitely knew his info about wines and beers. We had a great time here and really look forward to a future visit.

Classy and cozy - Great wine, meat & cheese board and ambiance. For the quality, this place was well priced. Friendly staff but definitely attracts the "influencer" type clientele. Our reservation was at 2 pm on the weekend, which turned out to be the perfect timing, it seemed to get busy at 4 pm. Side note: Please tell me where you got those coffee tables... no seriously.

My girlfriends and I were in town celebrating a bachelorette party and couldn't pass up on a wine tasting thanks to some Yelp research. And what a great experience it was. From start to finish Rick answered all of my questions professionally and promptly. He even provided third party car service recommendations. Rick also offered a couple celebratory options to help kick our day off right. Please make a reservation ahead of time. Otherwise, good luck. This new space is screaming 'good time'. Even the entrance is inviting. We were seated outside in their lower patio area with separate tables to practice social distancing. The fire pit was a great touch. To start us off I reserved a champagne toast with Rick while making our reservation. As for the tastings, they offer multiple flight options; Red, white, sparkling, rose, and even one with all of the above. They offer a spin on a charcuterie board enough to share between three people (pictured) with a meat and cheese assortment or one or the other. Although the complimentary desert was left behind, it was a thoughtful gesture nonetheless. Come wine with Windham. And don't forget your reservation and mask!

This vineyard is amazing. Rick met us at the door with such a great spirit and he is amazing. Rick constantly came to our table to check in on us and he is the reason we would come back. After Covid it is very hard to be comfortable at places but Rick made us so comfortable during our experience. Please ask for Rick when you go. The ground at beautiful and the socially distant tables and chairs and understanding everyone is timid at these times allows me to give this vineyard a 5 start rating. AMAZING EXPERIENCE .

Tasting 20$ for 4 wines.

I've never had a bad meal, and the service is always spot-on, with a thoughtful system that lets you signal when you need something without ever feeling rushed or overlooked. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with great music, fun events, and a family-friendly vibe that makes it easy to relax and stay awhile. Whether you're inside or enjoying the outdoor seating, it's just an all-around great experience every time. Easily a five-star spot in my book.

Our day started with a Chinese tea ceremony in the barn and then a catered lunch. About 6:30pm, the ceremony with a live music started followed by passed hors d'oeuvre, fresh oysters, and wood fired pizza. The wood fired pizza was very delicious and I enjoyed the blackened shrimp and the arancini. I tried the cider and the rosé, but they were too dry for my taste. Then at 7:45pm, we went into the reception pavilion. The menu consisted of a salad as first course, a duet plate of salmon and beef short rib for entree, and dessert. The summer citrus salmon with the multi grain pilaf was very good. After first dance, father and daughter dance, mother and son dance, and speeches, the DJ told us to step outside. After a few minutes, the sky exploded with light. It was a beautiful fireworks display from the hillside. The bathrooms were stocked with essentials in the toiletry baskets. Red Maple Vineyard offers a rustic barn and reception pavilion, massive green grounds, and a beautiful garden.

It's a small batch farm winery and OMG they have the wines dialed in! Whites, reds, fruity, cooking, dry, sweet... so much variety and the grapes are actually grown here too - not just bought somewhere else and processed. It amazes me how many options and varieties they continue to offer! There's a whole better experience have a tasting when the maker is the one serving and can tell you EVERYTHING about it. One of my most favorite things about the wines here is that I never get a headache. These wines are not overloaded with sulfites like the bulk wines at distributors and stores. Their prices continue to stay in the 10's to teens range even though it apparently makes it harder to keep things running at a time everyone is tightening their wallets with everything else costing more. When it comes to owner-operated wineries, Hummingbird Hills Winery is a whole new level in quality and enjoyment when expertise meets love and passion in wine making, which is why my wife and I keep making the trip here to re-taste and restock. They've even added an off-grid getaway cabin on their property nestled up on a hilltop in an old apple orchard that they list as The Nests at Hummingbird Hills. It's so quiet there and with so little light pollution the stars during the night are amazing!

Quality: While I didn't fall in love with any particular wine at Hummingbird Hills Winery, the experience gave me a greater appreciation for the creativity and challenges involved in the process. They had a few standard white and red wines, but the menu is filled with lots of fruit wines and specialty wines. Bink's Blackberry Burst was a highlight of the fruit wines, really capturing the blackberry flavor. The speciality wines are even more unique, Goofy Garlic Ginger, Hummingbird Coco Red, and Lion's Tooth Blend, which is a Dandelion Wine. Each one with a cool story and history. Quantity: Wine Tasting came with seven selections, and we ended up trying a few more. Value: $10 for a Wine Tasting. Ambiance: Hummingbird Hills Winery is located in upstate New York, not too far from Albany. They have a large property where they grow their own grapes, and flowers. The tasting room is in a large building. It has bars on both sides with plenty of stools for guests to utilize. Reusable boards and markers allow guests to make their selections so the process moves smoothly. The rest of the tasting room is full of local food items and crafts. Crowd: Several other couples and one family enjoying tastings. Service: Incredible, two passionate and creative individuals running this winery. Parking: The snow forced them to move parking away from their main buildings and near a garage.
