The cottages are next door to the state park, and while staying here, you get free entry to the park. The river is just gorgeous, and it's a one minute walk. There are 3 dams inside the park which keep the water constant level. It is SO nice. We stayed 3 nights and just loved it. It's a very short walk to downtown, but we drove cause I'm lazy! The room has a king bed, futon couch, large bathroom, and a kitchenette. Everything we needed for a perfect stay! Air conditioner was cold and plenty of tv channels when you get lazy. Every morning was coffee on the front porch, so relaxing. Price during the week is excellent, I don't know about the weekends. We will definitely stay here again!

I paid over $3000 at the time, signed all the paperwork, rental agreements, etc. A couple of months before the travel, I called them to confirm and was shocked to hear they had no record of my upcoming stay, despite my reservations continuing to show on Vrbo. Apparently, they no longer managed the property. But when they gave up the property and the booking, they didn't transfer, inform me or refund any money! After many emails and calls, they finally refunded my money with no apologies or anything extra to make up for the mistake. Now I was in a bad spot finding a place to stay for my family since all places were booked and prices greatly elevated due to the upcoming eclipse travel demand. I finally found alternatives that ended up costing a lot more, not to mention the inconvenience of searching and moving between places. Finally, after our travel I got emails from these guys thanking me for our stay and asking for 5-star reviews (obviously we couldn't say there). It was pouring salt on the wound after the extra expense and inconvenience they caused! Either they are completely incompetent and unprofessional, or they are involved in scams to make extra money, and whatever the case they should be avoided at all costs!

He traveled a lot in a previous career so he knows all about a comfy stay. I travel quite a bit and know a great hotel and value you when I see one. Mr. Patel is very kind and has added very extra touch to this place that you can think of. Larger rooms so you feel at home. Large spacious bathroom. Very comfy beds. Great desk to get work done. I am very happy with Mr. Patel and just hotel. Melissa is also very nice and she tool good care of us. Very nice and personable as well.
