I asked for a ball fade and just a trim on top to keep the length. What I received is terrible. The "fade" performed does not even qualify as such. There is no blend. A hard line. Patches of hair far longer than others. I have a job that requires me to look professional and well kempt at all times. I can not show my face at my job looking like a child who attempted to cut his own hair. So I am going to find a better place to go and get my hair cut and have them attempt fix this mess and am going to have to PAY even more for it. What makes this even more infuriating is the fact that I have had my hair cut by Elain before a number of times and she has never done this before. I had to ask her to try and fix my head three separate times before giving up. She was clearly trying to rush the job. Why should I have to ask for a blend when I requested a fade? A fade is the blending of hair! Safe to say I will not be returning to Great Clips in the near future at all. I still tipped well, and consider that my farewell.
