I just had what was probably the single worst haircut I have ever received in my lift at your Oberlin, OH location from a stylist named Elain. I asked for a ball fade and just a trim on top to keep the length. What I received is terrible. The "fade" performed does not even qualify as such. There is no blend. A hard line. Patches of hair far longer than others. I have a job that requires me to look professional and well kempt at all times. I can not show my face at my job looking like a child who attempted to cut his own hair. So I am going to find a better place to go and get my hair cut and have them attempt fix this mess and am going to have to PAY even more for it. What makes this even more infuriating is the fact that I have had my hair cut by Elain before a number of times and she has never done this before. I had to ask her to try and fix my head three separate times before giving up. She was clearly trying to rush the job. Why should I have to ask for a blend when I requested a fade? A fade is the blending of hair! Safe to say I will not be returning to Great Clips in the near future at all. I still tipped well, and consider that my farewell. read more

These folks do a great job. They even made my hair look good. I had lopped off my hair during social distancing. They fixed that wonderfully. I went there last year and they made everything look great then too. Very friendly. Even needing to wait outside wasn't so bad. read more

On the day I stopped in, the place was packed. There was even a line to check in. Fortunately, I used the check in app and it made things a breeze. While I have gone to Great Clips before, I've never been to this location. The stylist was able to pull up the clipper-guard length I use from the system which made things easy. Everyone was pleasant and I was out in less than 20 minutes. Overall good experience. read more

The lady that cut my hair didn't follow my directions at all. She basically shaved my whole head and gave me what looks to be a bowl cut. I give the same directions for everyone who cut my hair and for some reason the lady cutting my hair could not get it right. I didn't get my hair done, but I've seen their work. We came on a Friday, wasn't busy when we came in, check in and register is a snap, my friends daughter got her hair done. Looked great, was soft, and most of all EVEN! My friends son got all nice and short and we left happy. The cutress (I don't know what a female hair cutter term is) was nice. Engaging and interactive. Definitely top notch! read more
