I went in on 1/10 at 12:30 pm with Jodi to get my current extensions removed, roots bleached and my current extensions put back in (I left the shop at almost 11pm).I left like this after 10.5 hours and almost $1900!!!!!! As you can see I have an orange band all over my head and my extensions are already coming out only after 4 days. I called the shop on Sunday (still haven't been called or even a email from them and it's now Wednesday). I have sent all the photos and complained to the stylist and was told I would only receive a $350 refund for (color). Mind you she charged me for high lights on top of my color to fix her mistake of not lifting me long enough from the start. I am not one to complain about most things but when you spent this kind of money I expect perfection! I have been getting my hair bleached and extensions done for YEARS!! Never have I ever spent this kind of money unless I had purchased new hair (I did not) and my color is 5 different colors. I highly recommend staying away from this salon as they clearly don't value their customers and the hard earned money it takes to get ones hair done. Very disappointed in this place and will NEVER return. I am aware they will come on here and tell me I could go back for them to fix it but after spending 10.5 hours in the chair and you let me leave like this. I showed Iris, pictures of my son's previous haircuts and explained that we wanted the same style, just slightly longer on top. We specifically mentioned keeping it at eyebrow length if not LONGER than that, but even while wet, it was cut above his eyebrows. We provided polite feedback during the haircut, but she did not receive it well and responded with noticeable attitude. She was not polite or receptive. My son was very upset and almost in tears when he got in the car. At 11 years old, appearance is important, and situations like this can be especially difficult for kids socially. I went back in to calmly ask her name (Iris) and explained how upset he is (she laughed) and a little advise that it's always better to cut less initially, since more can always be taken off, but hair cannot be added back. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude and unapologetic during that interaction as well. I should have not even paid for this hair cut as I am going to have to find someone that can fix and pay them.

Mind you this was all on Friday and my 1 day off. Cheston needs to fire a majority of his staffing at both of his locations and revamp a new hiring manager if he wants any chance at all with keeping these two locations running.
