The most terrible apartments in Beechwood. Nobody wants to repair anything. Water has been pouring from the neighbor's ceiling for 3 months. They can't repair the dishwasher for a month. The heater broke down three times over the winter. They don't take out the garbage well. A lot of flies. If they find your envelope with the address in the trash, they try to charge you for throwing the garbage in the wrong place. When talking to them in the office, they leave the answers. The police are often called. The police told me that they come here most often. There are the most problems here. I don't recommend it at all. This is the last year of life in this apartment. It's getting worse every year, and the prices are getting higher. It's a ghetto!

I also got a $300 gas bill and was told that it's correct but there behind on the gas bill so we have to make up for it

Maintenance is terrible, floors and paint are cheaply made. Rent prices are OKAY at best.

I moved into the Aster Apartments in September 2022 while under Village Green Property Management…read more The property manager, leasing office staff, and concierge were all vibrant individuals with exceptional customer service skills. They greeted and welcomed residents and visitors upon entering the building and knew most by name. Whenever I had a concern, I could call or email staff and get an efficient response. They were very personable and professional. Banner Property Management has since taken over since Summer 2024. They introduced themselves to the residents by immediately initiating unnecessary renovations to the lobby, fitness room, and recreation areas. Prior to this, the building and decor was beautiful and upscale. The renovations are poorly constructed with sloppy paint jobs. The new office staff lacks basic customer service skills, and do not even attempt to greet residents/visitors in common areas. Staff does not answer the phone nor do they return voicemails/emails. I couldn't tell you the property manager's name nor point he/she out if my life depended on it. Their idea of communication is taping a tacky typed-paper sign to windows/elevators. Tenant's packages which were formerly intercepted by staff and placed in a locked mail room are now left in either the lobby entranceway or placed in the UNLOCKED/UNSECURED mailroom which serves as a free-for-all to anyone who wishes to enter. Banner Property Management utilizes multiple third-party websites which is overwhelming and confusing. For example, every tenant has to complete a pet profile via petscreening.com whether you have a pet or not. The site requires a $30 subscription for reasons I am still unsure of. Renter's insurance policies are managed by EPremium.com and residents are required to upload their policies to this site. Conservice.com is utilized to manage common area gas, sewer, trash, and water bill charges. Have I lost you yet? Well, you get my point. If an issue arises and you contact the third-party, the third-party will direct you to contact your property manager/leasing office. If able to get in contact with the leasing office, you will be directed to contact the third-party. The apartment units are nice but oddly designed and lack windows. The walls are so thin, I can hear my neighbor blowing his nose every morning. The washer/dryer hook up is convenient. The small dog park in the back is cute. The outdoor pool is very small and disappointing. Paying for parking ($85 per vehicle) is ridiculous and unheard of unless living in downtown Cleveland. The Aster Apartments is no longer worth the amount it charges tenants for rent.

Cielo Azul apartments has had alot of issues as others I've seen reveiws on…read more They aren't at rental offices either during office hrs posted,says 10am to 5pm on door of office #D-23. I have called 216 417 5668 over and over from outside office door even. Put a mail slot in door so can drop off the only thing you really should want,(Rent) money order,checks etc.this is b.s. making trips to pay rent,which went up as I expected.with what tenants have been through from reviews I've read and what I've seen, should of not went up,lowered if any thing.its sad how this place use to be,and is now.hopefully will get better,doubt it,that's why wife and I are gonna move most likely,my sons lease up July 31st,gonna get 3 bedroom place,move him in,we'll join in Febuary of 2026,we just signed lease,its easier to move stuff august thew september than December threw january when its cold and or snowing.its sad we really liked place alot,mostly our neighbors, but hard to deal with everything now.cant even give them the rent money order.Put in mail slot on doors for rent.thanks

The quality of this management service is beyond poor. Their billing/payment system is problematic…read moreand inconsistent with when and if the autopay is appropriately deducted from your bank account. Furthermore when you pose a question regarding their payment method you are met with a defensive and often unethical response. Further, you are instantly put on the defense as if the person you are conversing with is attempting to provoke a confrontation. I have detailed information to support my experience with employees when attempting to seek clarification. Within the past year, l have made four visits to their office to resolve fraudulent late fees and other matters of dispute. On each occasion l was told it was a problem with the billing system. It appears the system is designed to generate fraudulent late fees and other inaccurate information. I am hopeful a Class Action Lawsuit will ensue as a result of the inappropriate business practices. I am seeking assistance, guidance and support via the Ohio Attorney General Office.

The…read moreowners/managers don't repair/fix anything, the lights have been out in the stairwells and garages for over a year( with numerous work order request) have been waiting on my tub to be refinished for over 2yrs, the electrical sockets are fault, garbage is in the hallways, stairwells and all of the back of the buildings the driveways have not been repaved in years it like riding in the city of Cleveland after a big snow fall your dodging chuck holes to park. The city of Warrensville, Orange and the state of Ohio inspectors need to shut this building down and slap the owners with some serious fines!!!!!! No one should have to live like this They don't deserve any stars!!!!!! Also the elevators only work less than half a year, as much as they do not work there is no way the elevator certification is legitimate

One of the neighbors ran their car into the…read moregarage ports (they just pulled their car into a spot near their building and left it, bricks still on the hood) instead of having someone fix the garage, they left it like that for weeks, just barley holding up. Eventually the snow got too heavy and I was woken up by intense banging on my door from the resident across the hall telling everyone to move their cars, the garage was collapsing. They then put caution tape around the area and left it for months.
