I've always grown up having some fear going to get my hair done because when I ask for a trim, somehow others have managed to chop off 4-6 inches. She always makes sure that I'm comfortable by offering snacks and drinks when she knows a coloring session will take hours. Unfortunately, I said yes, and I was really disappointed. The wash felt rushed, and my long hair was blow-dried in about 20 minutes.
